I have been so impressed with the service provided from LGG. From Peter doing the quotes and paper work to the surveyor to the builders. They have done a fantastic job. I have recommended to family and friends and would definitely use them again. Thanks!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Peter came measured up gave us a great quote shown us the windows and the quality. Surveyor came out double check everything did the plans. The lads who came to fit the windows were very friendly professional and worked right through dust sheets down cleaned everything up. Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed x thanks

Just had five new windows and two new doors fitted, I must say the whole team have been fantastic. Pete called and gave a quote and we couldn't believe the price, then two men called to measure up and in less than two weeks the fitters called to fit the doors and windows. We have just had all our windows and doors replaced by Lancashire Glass & Glazing Ltd. The salesman called and gave us some excellent advice and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. 4 weeks after placing the order an installation date was fixed and the fitters turned up and got straight on with the job. The 2 lads worked like clockwork and they were polite and respectful of our home and they kept everything clean and tidy. The job was finished within the 2 days quoted and everything looks brilliant. We are so pleased with the outcome and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for any windows doors etc. all the best to everyone at LGG and happy Christmas to you all. P & K

A job quote 4 to 6 weeks took 14 weeks and even when done had to get them back to sort loads of issues which they did sort.got a decorator in whose 25 years served and he cant do it as new plastering needs skimming as in his words who on earth did this its shocking, not good on a new build at all.
Just a hugely stressful experience which has taken its toll house in a mess since june now coming up to xmas its still not ready to move into due to plastering being so bad.
It does look ok all in all hence 2 star review just the lack of communication in when builders coming being left for days no one turning up etc has been a nightmare
Even tho once painted itll look good this has cost us extra money and time
Wouldnt recommend and the 2 people i did i have told them and they now using someone else as couldnt do that and then if bad experience they come back onto me
And to top it off measured for blinds on brand new bi folding doors n the opening isnt even straight absolutely shocking. The walls newly plastered look a mess we have spent 450 getting it painted we couldnt afford a re skim or even face having any more dealings with this company there are bumps all over it i honesty feel like crying its been so stressful wish id not have used this company should be ashamed of themselves

I had my new composite door fitted on Friday absolutely stunning very professional very clean no mess left I’m so looking forward to them coming bk to fit my back door would recommend them every time thank you so much

Took time off for a set meeting with Peter. One hour before he messages that he’s not coming, followed by a msg which reads:
“I am not in control of my vehicle combustion system you pompous fool. I will gladly delete your details and I hope you get well and truly ripped off.”
Will certainly be forwarded to his manager. Honestly, so many other reliable and professional places to choose from, save yourselves some time.

Excellent service from Lancashire double glazing, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Sales weren’t pushy at all and were accommodating to our needs. The fitters were on time, clean and tidy, they even sorted out my blinds for me so they had access to change my windows. Definitely recommend.

We have just had a new orangery built by LGG and we are absolutely thrilled with it. The downstairs dynamics are completely changed for the better. The construction took longer than anticipated but this was due to problems with materials and horrible weather. Frustrating but understandable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have more space downstairs and if you are on a budget like we were I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

My issues started in September 2021.

I ordered and purchased a front door from this company. I reported a fault within months of having the door installed. The window panels have come away from the door. I supplied an pictures of the fault to the company who said they would saend someo9ne round to repair the door. Two years on, recently spoke to the owner who finally sent a tradesman to replace the panel, only to come with the wrong size.

The owner than said he would order me another panel for the door. Weeks had passed and he kept telling me someone will be round. In the end i sent an email informing him i will be reporting to Trading Standards and exercising my statutory rights.

The owner then called me threatening me as to why i threatened him. There was clearly a language barrier, as I said if i have threatened you, please take it to the police. The owner became even more agitated and said "I dont like dealing with asians" if i had know you were asian i would not have even accepted your job. I dod ask what does me being asian have to do with this, he then went off on a rant and shouting this in only £120 repair!!

Of give me the money and i will do the repair. The owner hanged up the phone and my door is still not repaired.

These people are racist, unreliable, untrustworthy, in short, i will make a referral to BBC rogue traders. They need to be exposed on National TV.

I purchased 13 windows and 2 doors and I could not be more happy. The price was literally thousands cheaper than any of my other quotes and the whole process was easy and stress free. I don’t understand some of the negative comments on here, I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I would use again in a heartbeat. Thanks

Their price doesn’t reflect Quality.
I totally regret for giving the company Lancashire Glass & Glazing fully credibility in receiving a great quality service and paying full amount of £6000 up front ,project that should have been completed in 3 days and still not finished after 3 months because of their lack of professionalism and customer service skills.The service from this company is the worst experience ever I had as a consumer please be aware ,don’t be fooled by the salesman.They never return your calls,not replying to emails always pretending that they don’t know what is the problem it’s like they are dealing with thousands of complaints at ones, zero customer service response, frustrating and disappointing experience that caused me so much stress wished I never heard about this company in my life .Hopefully Trading Standards will take action because this company breaks the law . The main issues are at the front door:
* Factory faulty assembled
* Difficulty to lock/unlock as door isn’t straight
* Colour shading between parts( lighter and darker grey)
* Incorrect glass fitting (privacy glass inside instead of outside)
* Little windows are asymetrical ,very messy look
* Poor paint repairs made on door frame
* Poor fitting of letter box
Other issues found being :
* Marks and scratches on walls, no attention to detail
* Dameged window walls after cills were fitted
* Cills weren’t fitted close enough ,big gap left
* Back door gets water pools inside frame after raining
* Fitting not completed on dates booked as agreed with salesman
* Bad communication and team organisation. Photos posted on their Facebook page.

I had a visit from Peter and he quoted the job. I accepted the order and had Peter over again to sign the agreement. I had the windows approved for fitting and the final fitting was made by Shuja. I was told the jub would be completed within 4 weeks.
Over the next 6 months I put in 10-15 calls (at least a week apart to give them time to respond appropriately) to check progress only to be told I'd be called back but never was. Eventually, I was offered a refund of my deposit. No suitable explaination was given.

Time arranged and on time. Friendly workman from start to finish. Consulted regularly throughout fitting. Very happy with the final result. Cleaned up before leaving and made sure I was happy with everything, which I was. Great result.

I have nothing but praise for Lancashire Double Glazing. The whole process was very smooth with excellent customer service communications commications throughout.
There was no pressure applied by the Salesman or, at a later date, the Surveyor to upgrade/change my mind/exceed my budget.
The Company kept me informed throughout and the work was completed on time by a very hard working team.
They made an excellent job of the installation, kept the disruption to a minimum and cleared up too. What more could I want.

We had 7 windows fitted in anthracite grey and the guys did a great job and were really pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company. We have asked for further quotes for more work and I’ve also recommended to my friends.

Excellent top quality windows and doors fitted by 2 hard working fitters at our home in Preston. We have had fitted 10 windows a front composite door and French doors in the dining room. The wood grain finish black windows have made such a fabulous difference and the doors are strong and secure. I would definitely recommend Lancashire Glazing.

I have had work done by this company. Very good product, professional and courteous fitters: A one experience from start yo end! Will recommend.

Every bad review on Trust Pilot and Google I've read rings true with our experience of LGG. In a nutshell - extremely poor quality windows, extremely poor quality installation (to the point of utter incompetence) and extremely poor quality aftersales. I have multiple examples (photos & video clips) of all the above and offered these to Trading Standards. Luckily for LGG, Trading Standards didn't want my evidence. Reason would suggest that the glowing reviews are written by LGG themselves and their associates. Fact vs fiction comes to mind. Extremely disappointed overall. Wish we'd never heard of LGG.
