As usual the initial salesman couldn't be more helpful, replying to every question. On the day we agreed to fit my window, nobody arrived. After a frantic call i was told that something needed to be done with my floor joists but nobody thought to call me so i could rectify this. They then promised to get someone to sort this so they could complete. After numerous calls, I ended up doing this myself. Every communication since required 10+ phone calls where either they don't answer (two lines, no answer on either) or i'm given promise of a call back which never happens. Lots of excuses for lack of call back etc but no resolutions. After the work was completed, I was left with the area above my window without any PVC flashing. They blamed the builders I used to sort the floor joists and they blamed lancashire glass. They eventually agreed to complete the job then after not turning up again and many phone calls to get in touch with them they said they get their equipment 'from China' and due to COVID, they can't get it and they will call back when they can. After waiting 2 months and worrying the rain will get in, I got it sorted elsewhere and paid again. Miraculously they could supply the required equipment in 2 days. I will never use Lacashire glass ever again and recommend you go elsewhere too as the whole end to end process was a total nightmare.
