Great time
Been here twice its brilliant site.took grandchildren both times and they live it there swimming pool high wires and on site horse riding plus all the other activities for children.restaurant lovely meals good and good prices.recomeend this holiday who want everything on one site and plenty places to explore. Going back again next year

Nice holiday accommodation/ park in a beautiful location. Friendly and helpful staff. The only downsides are the midges (which cannot be helped!) And the on site restaurant not being very good!

Great time
Beautiful, well equipped lodge in beautiful surroundings. The Christmas tree was a very special touch and loved by our toddler, as were the reindeer. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We had a lovely time.

Amazing place
Amazing place! The lodge was so clean and well equipped plus the added bonus of the bbq hut whilst raining was a lovely extra. The staff couldn’t be more helpful in all aspects of our trip. The place has a nice bar/restaurant on site and a lovely indoor pool. So much to do onsite and around the area, we particularly enjoyed the gruffalo trail even in the rain. All in all a perfect family get away!

Stayed at Darwin Forest. Had fab time, lots of great stuff for families nearby but park itself lovely too. Eldest child particularly enjoyed bike rides at dusk/night round edge of park.

Look no further - perfect!
Returned home from a fantastic stay at Landal Darwin Forest. We were looking for a break away for a group of friends (aged 30-33yrs old) with plenty to do both on site and in the area, and this didn't disappoint!
We stayed in a Chatsworth Elite Vogue Spa with a hot tub and couldn't have wanted more from the lodge. It was clean, had all of the mod cons you'd expect from home and some nice little luxury touches too.
The Foresters bar had great food and an even better selection of Gins - the bar staff even had cocktail making skills too! Evolution and its swimming pool helped with the sore heads in the morning, after a long soak in the amazing hot tub that is!!!
Being on the doorstep of the Peaks meant there was loads to do; lots of quaint villages and market towns to explore with plenty of decent restaurants (although Foresters was amongst the best - try the steaks!).
Honestly couldn't recommend it highly enough for a group of friends, and can see that it would be amazing for families too as they had a 'Go Active' programme running which included things like archery and bodyzorbing as well as crazy golf and a huge indoor play centre for little kids. They also had some really cool things dotted around the woodland walks (selfie opportunity at the 'LanDoor' and outdoor wooden drum kit!).
Great location, can't wait to return - fantastic staff and a really great booking journey too.

Beautiful little lodge that my partner and I stayed in, clean and well presented. Would definitely recommend staying here, and will be returning myself! The hot tub is a wonderful bonus!

Really lovely stay
Really lovely stay, cannot recommend Landal Sandybrook highly enough, excellent accomodatio, really clean plus great hot-tub!
Food and staff in the restaurant were friendly and welcoming , good food and reasonably priced

had a great time here
had a great time here, we stayed in cheviot lodge which is on two floors, our granddaughter loved the hot tub! we visited Kielder observatory two nights in a row for events and really enjoyed it,our granddaughter loved the crazy trikes and the pool and the playgrounds, will definitely return

Absolutely Brilliant!
Absolutely brilliant location for a short break or longer. The staff at kielder cannot do enough for you. They're all brilliant. We a regular visitors and the lodges are all great, from the brand new ones to the heritage range.
