We have contracts for 3 photocopiers and every time we have dealings with support, they are always courteous, helpful and quick to respond.
The visiting engineer is always very cheery and fixes things in a timely fashion. What's not to like!

Recently upgraded our copier/printer as the previous motherboard died....replacement motherboard was initially sent, but was faulty. Nicholas was on the case with providing us with an upgraded machine which was installed within a week. The engineers did a great job and made sure all was working before leaving!

Great experience with Landall and highly recommended. Jamie Whelton helped me through the whole process in choosing and getting an MFD Printer along with an ongoing supplies & maintenance contract. I was pleased enough to re-engage them on some of their other product offerings so hopefully that speaks for itself.

Excellent services, with internet connection, BT could not sort out that Landall have sorted in time.

We've recently used Landall to change our mobile network provider and the service has been excellent. Jamie has taken all the work out of our hands, including spending lots of time with our current provider to get the ball rolling, and has given us a lot of valuable time back. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of changing provider and to anyone that needs an easier process that is managed for you.

Just got a MFD from Landall and their install service was excellent. The engineer stayed to answer questions and take staff through all the questions we had.

We have recently renewed our contract with Landall and upgraded our photocopiers. The service has been good throughout and even when we had a glitch at install, it was resolved quickly by one of their team. I would recommend them for service and competitive pricing.

Landall have recently supplied us with a copier as we were unhappy with our previous supplier. The transaction has gone seamlessly and we have received excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend their services.
