Unreliable. Booked a service. They informed me the date was not available. Booked another date. Nobody showed up. They replied after 5 days giving me another date. Excuse: “we have backlog”. That should not be customer’s issue. Will not be using the service again.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our EICR inspectors focus solely on inspections and do not perform repairs on the same day. We have a dedicated team for remedial work who can provide quotes for any necessary repairs—these are optional and not part of the initial inspection. Our company operates differently from others in the industry, as we do not pressure clients to approve additional work on the spot. We believe that clients should have the freedom to decide and, if desired, choose an alternative contractor for repairs.
Regarding the quotation, it was provided within six days, which was impacted by the bank holiday. We understand your time constraints and respect your decision to proceed with another contractor. Please be assured that the inspection was carried out to a high standard and in accordance with NICEIC guidelines. While we were unable to carry out the repairs ourselves, we’re glad you found a solution that suited your needs within your timeframe.

Darren Coyle came to my property to conduct the gas safety inspection. He rang before hand giving me plenty notice of arrival. He was friendly and had cover shoes which was a great touch. Great service from Phil Pescud
Great service from Phil - excellent communication and timely arrival. Efficient boiler service and comprehensive review of the Domestic Landlord Gas Safety requirements. I love the systems used to advise attendance, ETA and arrival. Receiving the certificate shortly thereafter is great in a hugely regulated sector - no chasing, phone calls etc. Great to see an expansion of services. I highly recommend this team and company across all services. Would like these services to extend to handyman services as these are very hit and miss in the wider world….

Great service for a service &certification …
Conrad Marais attended my apartment to do a gas inspection for landlords.
He came back to give the boiler a full service.
