Conrad Marais attended my apartment to do a gas inspection for landlords.
He came back to give the boiler a full service.
He was very efficient & professional . Conrad explained what he had to do in a friendly manor.
Would definitely recommend him !

Darren Bryan was a good gas safety engineer. He test all the systems properly and I am glad have a properly with safe gas supply

Nice engineer explained everything was clean and tidy. Did not mind going in the loft to service the boiler.
Showed me a few issues that could cause issues in the future which looking at getting fixed.

Sufian Ahmed, the engineer, was efficient, friendly and gave good service. Booking process was easy and good value.

Phil Pescud from Landlord Certificates has been completing gas testing for several of my properties in the past 10 years now. He is polite, punctual, professional and completes his task at hand. He provides recommendations if anything needs repairing and best ways of completing the repairs. He will let you know beforehand when attending; this is very helpful because tenants do not have to waste all day waiting for an engineer to attend. Phil is an asset to the company.

I recently had a gas inspection carried out Landlord Certificates, and I’m very pleased with the service provided. Darren, the engineer was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything they were doing, which gave me real confidence in the process.

The inspection itself was thorough and efficient, and I appreciated how clean and tidy everything was left afterward. Any questions I had were answered clearly and patiently, without feeling rushed.

Overall, it was a smooth and reassuring experience. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing a reliable and professional gas inspection.

Do not use this company in you are a landlord be warned, I paid this company to do an ECP and EICR, firstly the ECP this chap called and said he was stuck in traffic and couldnt make it the property. We just talked on the phone, he asked me a few questions about the flat and then hey presto my grading was changed, no visit, no report nothing. He never attended the property they may as well get a call centre to do the work.

Now for the EICR, enngineer visited the property said I had a couple of advisories to sort out on the certificae, quickly had the work done by my agents contractor provided the certificate of completed work along with supporting photos of before and after work. This was then passed back so I could get an approved certificate as standard procedure in this case and as confirmired by the engineer, I then chased multiple times over a ten day period as I had tenant moving in on a Saturday, they then emailed @ 4.30pm on the day they were meant to move in, saying I had to have another engineer come and retest the work that had already be completed at a cost of another £85. At this point I gave up and will never engage these cowboys again. They are a total disgrace/scam company.
