Exceptional service from start to finish! The assessor, whose name I believe was Muhammad, was extremely punctual, arriving right on time. He was thorough, professional, and ensured everything was completed efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised to receive all the fire risk assessment documents well ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend this company for their reliable and top quality service to anyone looking for fire risk assessments.

Absolutely appalling service. Using rude and tardy contractors and then repeatedly lying about progress on urgent matter. Dreadful phone etiquette and no remorse for their complete lack of provision, required constant chasing and reminding of their unfulfilled promises. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid!

I have received multiple services from this company at the same day, yet they neither showed up nor provided any updates on the appointment date. I had to call four times just to reschedule the appointment. As I was outside the UK, I specifically booked a flight just for this matter, but they failed to come on the agreed date, disrupting my entire schedule. The inventory check was supposed to take place before the tenant moved in, but they arrived after the tenant had already settled, resulting in a report that included items not belonging to me. I can say that this is the weakest and worst inventory report I have ever read, as they failed to address even major issues. When I asked them to correct their mistake, they said it wasn’t possible, and I would have to make another booking for a new inventory check, for which they would charge me again. This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with to date.

I first misunderstood your reminder, I thought it was a scam because of the emphasis on urgency, it would have been better if more time had been allowed for the reminder to be investigated by me.

Booked EICR, PAT and Fire Risk assessment. Kept chasing them on engineer's site visit on the day. Eventually they came. Kept chasing them for reports after that. Every time their customer service says he will call back in 30 minutes to provide update. They never did. It's been more than 3 days I have not received eicr despite chasing several times. The tenancy is looming over, they are closed over the weekend and I have no clue what was the outcome of eicr on the 4th day of it being conducted. Won't be using them again.

Last year I used these people and they were good ,this year for the same fire assessment we used them but the service is terrible ,after 2 weeks I'm still waiting for the report, when phoning they promise tomorrow but nothing arrives, now they won't return my call .

Do not use this company. They're unethical and left my house in a terrible state. Firstly they gave me bad advice and told me I needed to get things done that I did not need to get done (I later found out) despite asking them their advice on what was definitely needed for the number of tenants we have. Then they sent the engineer round to fit mains smoke alarms etc and he ruined our house and drilled into walls, put ugle red boxes up all over the place and finished it terribly with polyfiller all over the walls, and big electric cable boxes up in our terrace house, it looks awful now.

No Customer Service - We booked the Visit for our 4 Flat property and the date and time for the visit, changed in the morning of the agreed day. When we waited, in advance of the visit, the Assessor called to say he was running late and turned up 25mins after time of expiry, that was agreed by this Company. The Assessor, had no Customer Service, did not explain what would be the nature of his assessment and after entering the property and looking at the Consumer Unit (Fuse Board) in the cupboard, was then leaving. When I asked, what next, he failed to explain and then got angry when I asked if this is his behaviour to all Clients, I was unsure of what he was assessing, what would happen next etc., If you have NO Customer service, do not when you could not be bothered to talk to me, say I was agressive...Please. All the points mentioned and more, was sent to the Admin department in a clear and concise email.
