Najeeb is professional, helpful and goes out of his way to accommodate. He makes the whole process hassle free. Very impressed with the level of detail in the reports. If I ever need an inventory service, I will be using Najeeb.

During the inspection he was professional but also fun to have around. It took a while to go through the visit as the flat was full of small defects but Najeeb took extra care to report and photograph them all. He even opened 3 manholes to check where the water meter was!

Najeeb is cordial, professional, and is very attentive to details. He will work with you (the tenant) through any doubts or questions he might have to ensure that the assessment is fair. There was a crack in the flat which we had not caused but it was not reflected in the check-in report. Najeeb, fortunately, did the checkout report for the previous tenant - he went out of his way to find the report and the crack was mentioned in it. Very thorough. The session took a bit longer than I expected but ultimately I came away from the experience feeling reassured at the meticulous approach taken. The individual who completed our report was friendly and knowledgeable.

I employed Landmark to carry out a check-in inventory. Najeeb was very helpful on the phone and booked the appointment in quickly at a convenient time for me. The inventory was carried out efficiently and in excellent detail with lots of photos, and the report was delivered on the day promised. Both myself and the tenant were happy with the report as an accurate record of the condition of the property and contents. I will definitely be calling Landmark in for the check out and any further inventories, and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I feel so lucky to have found Landmark Residential Inventory! It's rare to find a company that is able to strike that balance between delivering a professional service while bringing a personal touch to the customer care. This is one of those companies.

To give an example, I initially scheduled for the inventory to take place a day before the check-in, only to realise later that the final report may need a few days turnaround. The next morning, I spoke to Najeeb - he was very understanding and basically offered to visit the property the same day in the evening, such that the report can be typed up in time.

During the visit, Najeeb was very professional (also a fun person to be around) and paid great attention to details. It was interesting to observe the use of audio dictation, definitely made the process seem super efficient! As he knew I need the inventory fairly soon, he expedited my report and I basically received it the next day just before noon. We paid £100 and received a 50 pages report, complete with photos and details about the flat that even I wasn't aware of!

As the inventory was done three days before the check-in, Najeeb also offered to help amend the report after the check-in, e.g. with new meter readings and corrections, so that I have an amended PDF copy (as opposed to amendment using a pen and having just one hard copy). Just brilliant customer service.

I would highly recommend any landlord to try out Landmark Residential Inventory.
