Rockar quickly established my current situation as an existing customer and gave me an excellent starting point for a new purchase. They responded to all my online queries in detail and in a timely fashion.Trouble completing the order with the online system was quickly resolved with sales support Max undertaking the final stages himself. Finally I did not feel any pressure in my choice of extras or model which, unfortunately, is very large. I look forward to receiving the vehicle on the scheduled date.

Refreshingly different
Having had woeful service from another LR dealership when buying a car, Rockar were refreshingly easy. No pushy salesman, very efficient in returning calls and handling any questions. Best price up front, can buy knowing they are offering value AND great service.

Ignore customer requirements
I asked that the credit check was not done until purchase of a house had completed. I was assured that this would be postponed. It was a big surprise waking the next morning to see a warning from my credit agency company telling me hard check has taken place.
Still thinking about cancelling and going elsewhere.
