Dealing with Michael Lake, nothing was too much trouble, called me back promptly whenever I left a message, made the whole process seamless, and came up with a very good deal to match our requirements.

Very poor service
I was offered an amount for my part exchanged. Agreed to a purchase. I was then contacted after paying a deposit. Offered seven thousand pounds less for my part exchange. Still waiting for my deposit refund. I would never use this company ever again

Utterly appalling after sales service
Utterly appalling after sales service. I April 2024 I bought a new Land Rover Discovery. the sales service was excellent. However they damaged a wheel whilst loading the vehicle to deliver to me and I agreed that they could still deliver it on the promise that a new wheel would be sent to my local LR dealer in a week or so. That was 7 months ago. Since then I have sent numerous emails, made a formal complaint and been completed ignored, not even an acknowledgement of the emails or the formal complaint. I am now forced to waste my time complaining to trading standards and instructing solicitors
