The site is dead. I booked the course of italian, receive the mail with information about the booking, but then there are no responses, no communications. They charged my card, but money came back.

It is deeply disappointing to report that my experience with LanguageBookings.com has been extremely unsatisfactory. Despite booking my language stay a week ago, I am dismayed by the complete lack of communication from their end. Despite my repeated attempts to reach them by phone and email, I have received no response or acknowledgment whatsoever. This lack of responsiveness and professionalism demonstrates a blatant disregard for customers and seriously undermines trust in this company. Without any assistance or follow-up, I find myself in a state of great uncertainty regarding the realization of my language stay plans. I strongly advise against doing business with LanguageBookings.com for anyone seeking a smooth and reliable booking experience.

The process was quick and easy to follow! So far no issues. Looking forward to beginning my courses!

The website is ok: everything I wanted to know is there.
After te booking I waited for the confirmation (on the website was written it should come within two days). After a week without confirmation I sent a mail and I got instantly a personally reply. There was a delay because of the summer-holiday.
Al the next contacts were ok an everything was fixed.

The website is a great place to search and find schools and courses.
I liked the search-modus with different options. It is familiar to me because it’s similar to “booking.com” for hostels/ hotels.

The thing I didn't like was that I had to wait two weeks for the confirmation of the school (likely rather a service minus on the part of the school than of languagebooking.com). Meanwhile my plans had changed and I had to cancel the reservation.

The service-staff was very nice dealing with it.

The process was very easy, even tho my brother did everything for me to be honest.

He lives here since two years now and he found you.

I booked both an english class and accomodation( the latter through their website-partner gomfy.com)through languagebooking and it was very simple and fast. The website allows to compare a lot of schools located in several countries,each of them provided with a detailed description of its services and classes. In the choice of my class I was also suggested by a languagebookings'italian operator.After two days from booking,I received confirmation by the scool itself. I suggest everyone who wants spending a stay abroad and studying english to choice its ideal school and book it through languagebookings.com!

My experience wasn't exactly easy. I made a reservation, and two days after that you told me that the website was wrong and that you should've charged me with 300 extra euros, that at least for me, is not a small price difference. It took me a lot of time to decide to go to a certain school at in which kind of accommodation, so that you come and change things after I paid a non-refundable deposit didn't like me at all. But as I have already paid, I decided to adapt myself and ask you for a change in the reservation. This change took you 2 weeks, in which I had to write a lot of times to get an answer.
In conclusion, you had no initiative to solve my problem, you should have given me the chance to even cancel the reservation in case this was the solution that suited me (not the case, but either way, you didn't think about it) because it was your website what gave me an incorrect price, it wasn't my fault. And, finally, when you make a mistake you have to communicate better with the other person, it's not acceptable that you write "I should get the answer tomorrow" and that a week after you don't show, at least you should write that you were still waiting, because that shows that you care.
