This company excels at communication. Nothing was too much trouble…..they were incredibly helpful.

I had, however, two problems with their emails: the instructions for finding the villa we were renting wasn’t totally accurate, and , bizarrely, when they sent out the villa information one day prior to our check in, the email was missing the Word document at the bottom. Hence I didn’t receive crucial information such as how to find the villa and the WiFi password. (I found the villa thanks to my Google Earth screenshots from suppositions done ahead of leaving home.)

I have checked the same email several times now, and sometimes the Word document shows, and sometimes it is missing. This is still happening to date. Most bizarre.

I would like to suggest two things: please send info out a few days before arrival so any miscommunication can be addressed, and the information printed out at home. Please also verify the client has indeed received the information…..I had absolutely no idea I hadn’t received it until it was pointed out to me where the WiFi password was, and then I realised what had happened.

This is a family business based in Lanzarote who obviously try very hard to be excellent. Hopefully my above comments will help them go from very good to absolutely excellent.

I would have no hesitation to book with this company again.

A great company. We've used Lanzluxuryvillas many times over the last 10years and always perfection each time. Staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. They are quick to respond with great advice. All the villas we've stayed in have been well equipped, very clean and ideal for a great relaxing holiday.....just what the doctor ordered. We rented villa 469 and have been really happy with our choice. The villa is lovely and spacious with plenty of seating areas. We had everything we needed, the location is great for shops and restaurants. The staff at Lanz luxury villas are helpful and friendly and all of my questions were answered promptly. I would highly recommend the company and the villa. We had a lovely holiday.

Stayed at Villa 519 - Casa Moda - and had a great time. Really lovely Villa for a family of 4 plus my 70 year old mum. Loads of space and supply of stuff in the kitchen was great too. Comms throughout the process were great and when we did need some help with the water supply the guys were prompt and really helpful to resolve the issue very quickly. Really recommend them.

This was are first time booking with Lanzluxuryvillas and I have to say we were very happy with the service. From start to finish the communication was brilliant they answered all are emails and questions promptly. The villa was lovely and clean nice and quiet we can say we will definitely be booking with them again and again. Also the villas you get for very reasonable price is amazing would definitely recommend.

We’ve used LanzLuxury Villas a few times now, returning to one villa three times now as it’s a firm favourite. We’ve always received excellent service and the standard of accommodation is excellent. We’d have no hesitation recommending others to holiday in one lf these beautiful villas.

On arrival we had an issue working some of the kitchen appliances and Katrina called out to show us .
Paid a damage deposit and it was swiftly refunded back to me the day after we returned .
Would highly recommend Lanz luxury villas.

This was our first time with lanzluxuryvillas and our first visit of Lanzarote island.We stayed at Villa Moda 519 in Playa Blanca and had a faboluos time.
Our experience with the villa was really positive. Its stylish equipment and comfort made our stay on the island a great experience.
The pool and jacuzy was additional plus for us. We traveled as a family of five, two adults and three teenage kids. We are all nature lovers and we loved the quiteness and privatness of the villa.
The organization was fast and we got all the info in advance. We appreshiated additional info of the property and also of the island.

This is the first time we have used this company. After much searching of the usual villa sites, we stumbled upon their website. I will be honest I was dubious as we have always used the larger, more well known companies for booking villas, but after looking on social media etc, we went ahead and booked. From booking to leaving the villa, the staff at Lanz Luxury Villas were really helpful and responded to all my emails very quickly. All in all a very smooth booking process. Once final payment had been made, I received details of the villa immediately via email. We stayed in villa 116 which is in a quiet cul-de-sac, perfect for the 6 of us that visited, very clean, and close to some small shops, bars and restaurants that had everything we needed. You can get the bus into Playa Blanca which is about 10 mins away if you want more but as we wanted a quiet relaxed stay this suited us perfectly. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

We have been using Lanzluxuryvillas for a number of year’s now, even through the COVID years &we have always had great service. Using them is so easy from booking to arriving at your Villa, everything is so well managed.
During this time any issues we have had have been solved by the team & the Villa manager within a very reasonable amount of time. I looked at other Villa services & found Lanzluxury villas to be cheaper too.

We used LLV for the first time after finding a great villa for our group of 9 on their website. Jennie and the team were very responsive throughout the booking process, just prior to the holiday and afterwards. Karina who was our local agent was excellent, also very responsive and made a number of helpful recommendations. Our damage bond deposit was returned promptly on our return after I emailed. We would definitely use LLV again, thanks for everything.

Just back from our second villa holiday booked through LLV. From initial enquiry to the end of our stay they have been professional and very prompt to respond to any questions. The villa itself was incredible, spotlessly clean and in a great location. There were easy to follow instructions for using the wifi and the tv. There was also contact details of the villa managers if we had any issues - although we had no need to contact them. I couldn’t recommend LLV highly enough, and already looking to book for next year.

We booked Villa Volcan in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, via Lanz Luxury Villas, in August 2024 for our family holiday. We have stayed in the same location, near the lighthouse on five other occasions, each time renting a villa and have never had an issue. they quality has always been good. Unfortunately we cannot say the same about Villa Volcan. We had the following issues which really resulted in a disappointing family holiday:

1. The access driveway was extremely tight to get our car to the front door.
2. Anytime you went to cook anything there was a swarm of flies in the kitchen.
3. There were flies always outside at the table which really put you off eating in the villa full stop.
4. The towels were so old, they should have been thrown out years ago.
5. There was a thick film of slime along the side and corner of the pool, closest to the house, which was very off putting when using the pool.
6. There were rips in the sheets for some of the beds.
7. There were no instructions for the Wi-Fi, we eventually figured it out…. This is a basic for any rental to leave clear instructions.
8. The pool table was all uneven, so it was impossible to play pool. This was supposed to be one of the highlights for the villa…. Very disappointing for the kids.
9. Pool cues had no tips.
10. And the electric gate was broken several times which prevented us making a restaurant booking.

to add to the above disappointment, when we communicated these issues to Lanz Luxuary Villas on our return home, they deflected any responsibility saying that they are an agent and are not responsible for the equality of the villas they promote. I completely disagree... I paid €2600 to them for this villa therefore I believe they have a responsibility to provide a good quality product.
Needless to say we will not use Lanz Luxuary Villas again.

We have just returned from another fantastic two weeks in Playa Blanca. Excellent Villa (Villa Mavalosa 501) highly recommended, first class facilities, spotlessly clean and well maintained, beautiful garden with swimming pool and hot tub in a great quiet residential area, perfect for those evenings with a bottle of the local vino under the stars.
We have used Lanzluxuryvillas for over 16 years now and never been disappointed any villa or with the help and support from Jenny, Rob and a great team, so easy to communicate with and very prompt in replying.
Thanks to Anita for arranging an early check in to the villa on our day of arrival having been travelling since 3.00am that day, that was much appreciated.
We will be back soon to enjoy more of the good things that Playa Blanca and LLV have to offer.

Well Jenny and crew, you have done it’s again!!! Yet another amazing Villa and fantastic holiday!! For those reading this, we first stayed in Lanslux Villa as a treat for my 40th, 14 years ago and have returned every year since ( Covid spoilt 2 years!) Every villa we have stayed in ( think it’s 10 different ones) have been outstanding and as the company says, very luxurious. Rachel and megan are amazing as the main contact for booking and sorting transfers, thank you guys 🥰 all other reviews mention how good the management company are for sorting problems, we have NEVER had to use them as everything was perfect. We have, of course, checked out air b&b villas but really!!! They may be a few €’s cheaper a night but they are garbage. Compare the pictures, location and views before you book, no comparison 🙄🙄

I think this was our fourth or fifth villa booked through LanzLuxVillas and we have found them excellent to book through. We love the staff - professional, efficient and very friendly . We have stayed in some lovely villas with them and when, occasionally, an issue has arisen they are quick to see things are put right.
I like the fact that the Villa Manager calls round , usually the day after arrival, to check that all is in order.
Its a smaller company, but this has the advantage that you get to know the staff quite well, and they are staff who go the extra mile for you. On our last visit I managed to leave my mobile in the hire car and didn't realise until we had passed through security. One of the staff, Anita, went out of her way to go to the car hire office, collect my phone and keep it safe for me till our next visit when another member of staff was kind enough to drop it off at the villa for me.
I have no doubt you will find cheaper villas, but we feel the peace of mind LanzLuxVillas offer is worth paying a little extra for.
We will be using them again next year and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have booked several different villas through LLV over the past 10 years, which always went smoothly and well organised. You know well in advance via the villa document where you stand, the route to it, details, etc. Communication with LLV runs smoothly, you will receive a quick response if you want to reserve a villa or if you have any questions. If you have any doubts about anything, always send an email and you will receive an answer to your question fairly quickly. I hope that LLV can add some new villas to its portfolio in the near future.

Second time using Lanzluxuryvillas and can’t fault them in anyway. From the booking process right through to arrival communication was excellent.
The villas are very competitively priced and are as described on the website. I will continue to use Lanzluxuryvillas in the future.
