Happy with my first purchase
I order lots of scale figures and purchased a 1/4th scale as my first from this seller. I was a bit hesitant at first buying an expensive figure from a new store but everything went smoothly. Even with the current situation with shipping to the United States, they were very accommodating and were able to ship my figure quickly. It was in perfect condition and I'm very happy with it.

I would highly recommend shopping here, and will be buying figures here again myself in the future. The few times I have ordered from this company have all been beyond pleasant. The prices overall are reasonable, and shipping times have consistently been surprisingly fast. Each figure I've ordered has been packaged extremely well. I also really like that at checkout for United States customers depending which shipping courier you go with, you will pay whatever extra tariff charge at checkout instead of having to guess and wait to pay it when it arrives in the country.

Just buyer beware. If something comes broken more than likely they will look for a warranty (which took forever to process) before replacing the actual item broken. Decided not to process warranty. Good thing I ordered the same prize figure from another place that is in perfect condition. This figure was not cheap. Gave points for credits for the mishap, so that was nice.

Regarding this case, we discussed the issue with you sincerely. As you kindly acknowledged, the looseness in the joint area of a Kuji figure can occur within the normal range of product specifications. Since it is not considered a clear breakage, it does not fall under the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty.
In addition, returns or exchanges may take time as coordination with the manufacturer is required. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
Although this was not eligible for manufacturer warranty, as a token of our appreciation for you as our customer, we offered compensation in store points.
It is very unfortunate for us as well that this case ended in such a way, but please be assured that we will continue working hard to improve our service so that every customer can shop with confidence.

Met these guys off eBay a while back and was ordering like crazy. Asked them if i could get a bundle deal once off eBay for multiple figures and then they lead me to their website better rates! I have not used eBay since! lol Get all of my stuff here!
