I Didn’t accept, it was returned on same delivery van.
The company apologised and are in the process of sorting it out.
Hopefully I will get a delivery next week.

We had a great experience dealing with Sue at La Residence Interiors. From the very beginning, Sue was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process.
Unfortunately, the item we ordered was discontinued, and the revised back-in-stock date was much further away than we had anticipated, so we ultimately decided to request a refund. Although it wasn't the outcome we had hoped for, Sue handled everything exceptionally well. She kept us informed, responded to our queries promptly, and worked hard to offer solutions before processing our refund quickly and efficiently.
