What a fantastic experience! Svetlana is absolutely amazing, friendly and attentive. I had an idea of what I thought I’d like but after speaking with Svetlana she gave me other options, I liked what she had suggested so much more I ended up taking her advice. I popped into Lark & Berry on my lunch break to try on some earrings, as it was hard to choose just from the website. I had an amazing experience....being able to try the pieces on before making a decision was a huge plus. I was offered sterilised earrings to try, or I could sanitise them myself, which made me feel very comfortable.
This was my second visit, and it was just as great as the first! The staff are never pushy, always helpful, and I can’t wait to receive my pre-ordered pieces. While I can’t comment on the earrings yet, the customer service was excellent! Highly recommend!

Went to Lark and Berry for a piercing. Wonderful selection of piercing jewellery and Svetlana was fantastic. She was so helpful and the piercing itself was so quick and virtually painless. Really recommend.

The earring back doesn’t fit the earring. There was only one size option online but when I tried to connect it to my earring, once it arrived, it doesn’t fit. Why aren’t all the earring backs made the same size? Quality control needs to be looked at. Waste of £30 and now I can’t wear my expensive earring as it has no back. Very disappointing.

It did not fit the piercing that I bought and I lost the piece which was awful. It's not a universal fitting for your pieces. Too loose. For push in pieces they need to be tight fitting.

Fab! Have brought from online and in person from the store. Svetlana from the store is absolutely fab and very professional. I got my first piercing done in over 20 years and I’m already thinking about my next one.

The delivery was quick and the diamonds have great sparkles.

The customer support was great, but there was a big delay to the delivery. The store had not clarified to their courier that they undertake the custom expenses. Threfore the domestic customs asked me to cover the expenses. The issue was resolved some days later.

I had a wonderful piercing experience with Svetlana. She was super helpful, not pushy and really knowledgeable. She encouraged me to take my time and gave great advice.
The jewellery is so beautiful! I had 2 piercings and I’m so happy with the designs and quality. You can also have a curtesy follow up appointment when the piercing is healed and the back of the earring can be changed for free. Great service all round.

Booking a consultation was super easy, and Emily was a star. She helped me throughout the whole ideation and design process for the engagement ring. You can tell she really cares about the customer and makes the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Of course the ring looked amazing when I picked it up!
