I received my two bespoke earrings and I can not express how much I adore them. They are so dainty and perfect. The earrings are breath taking and the company has been incredible in getting them made so well for me. I am always trying to find luxury and elegant piercing jewellery, which can be difficult. So often they are bulky or the wrong gauge. When I stumbled across this company making labrets and seamless hoops in 14Kct gold pieces I was over the moon. I will certainly be ordering more pieces soon. The quality of the stones and their bespoke option really makes this business stand out. I love Lark and Berry! I can not recommend them enough. This is my third purchase from Lark and Berry and their jewellery is simply stunning. All of my purchases so far have been earrings and I will definitely be back for more.

Lovely earring, great customer service. The team helped me out when I needed to return something and explained how a push back labret fastening worked (I hadn’t spotted that on the website - hard to find when on mobile). Hopefully it’s much more secure than the screw fitted stud I managed to lose (from another retailer).
Also delighted that the diamonds are lab grown so conflict-free and cheaper.

The earrings are lovely, absolutely adore them. The fact that the stones are liften away from the backing gives it just a bit more shine which is delightful!

Great customer service too. The order report said "pickup in store" - so I panicked because I'm on the other side of the pond. So I wrote them a message and got a quick response back saying it was to be shipped. :)

However, I would love a pair with shorter posts. I'm aware that I'm part of a minority who have very thin lobes, but I have to add in a soft earring backing to the end of the post to make it not stick out front. If you're looking for ways to expand, please consider us thin papery girls! (4mm posts are what I need normally instead of 6mm)

From the time I entered the store - I just knew that I was going to have an amazing experience. The young man that was there to initially greet me, was very welcoming (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name).

As for meeting Svetlana - this was an absolute joy! Not only is she incredibly professional, polite, friendly and patient. She just has this overall calming nature about her, which made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She was amazing from start to finish.

I am in absolute love with my new conflict-free diamond piercing’s, and I honestly can’t wait for these to heal, so that I can go back for more.

A wonderful experience having my ears pierced at Lark & Berry. Svetlana was the lady that pierced my ears, did make me laugh had a lovely conversation as to where I wanted the new piercings and made me comfortable. Would recommend Lark and Berry for their stylish jewellery designs and also for using lab grown gemstones within their jewellery which is sustainable. The ear piercing was very professional and completed successfully.

Cancelled my order that I got in the sale and then tried to charge me the full price as they have tried to charge me an extra £100 that what I originally paid for when I messaged to ask about it. Saying that the product is out for stock but can make me one but for the extra money. Do not order from this company as this is their tactic to get more money out of you. Would give this company 0 stars if I could. Customer service is also awful - they do not care about resolving the problems.

I ordered earrings for my mom for Christmas, only to be very disappointed by what arrived. The pictures on the site don't include any sense of scale, and what arrived was offensively small for the price - far more than my local jeweler charged me to custom make a set. And on top of that $32 to ship earrings?

I am So so happy with my purchase! It arrived fast, as described and beautifully packaged. I also received some perfume samples which I was not expecting, so that was a nice touch! Keep up the good work Team Lark & Berry! I hope to make another purchase soon :-)

Speedy, friendly service, lovely ring (great design values throughout), sizing accurate – everything I could have asked for. And Black Friday price, too. Wish I'd bought a second one. Very happy customer.
