I had a customer service level that is in a league of its own last Friday, 10th November.

The experience began with an excellent support I received from a "Chat with Lark & Berry" staff on the website some days before. I was able to book the appointment without any hassles.

I went to the George Street office and I was attended to by Svetlana. She was friendly, professional and very skilled as she did my single lobe ear piercing for me.

Svetlana proved to be an excellent sales person as well as she supported me in the entire process to the point I was happy to select a stud that was 50% above my original budget.

She is an asset to your company.

I couldn’t recommend Lark & Berry enough. When starting the engagement ring journey I set out having absolutely zero knowledge on engagement rings, what anything meant, or let alone what I wanted for my partner. I had an initial call with a few different jewellers, and Emily at Lark & Berry stood out by a mile. She was personable and instantly gave me reassurance and confidence in her expertise, and it was a no brainer that she was right for the job.

We worked with some of the rings she has on her website as the starting point, along with some pictures I found online. Over the next few months she guided me through an excellent process with quick iterations and comprehensive opinions / perspectives, and excellent creativity that made the whole process feel comfortable and a less daunting than I’d expected.

The end result is phenomenal, and beyond anything I could’ve imagined. The quality of the ring is incredibly intricate and the diamond is immaculate.

I found Lark & Berry online whilst searching for my Engagement Ring and booked an appointment, in person, with my fiancé to go to London. Our appointment was with Emily and we arrived an hour early but were welcomed and settled in after being introduced to Emily.
Emily was lovely and immediately made us feel at ease. She clearly knew her stuff and was great at coming up with ideas/suggestions and we left having had a great experience.
Over the coming months Emily was very patient with me and all my questions. By my own admission I'm extremely picky and very indecisive but Emily was always more than happy to help and kept in touch with us regularly.
I couldn't be happier with my rings and the whole experience. I would thoroughly recommend Lark & Berry and Emily to anyone looking for that unique and special experience of having a custom ring made.

Got my first piercing here and it was a lovely experience. Svetlana was very helpful in selecting the piece I wanted and helped calm my anxiety around piercing too! She also provided complimentary aftercare, samples and refreshments. I would definitely go again and would recommend it to others too!

Under Svetlana's expert hand, my daughter and I had a great session for two at Lark and Berry. Svetlana knows her craft and our piercing experience was uniquely tailored to our specifications. She takes the time to answer questions, advises on appropriate pieces for the individual and makes the process as painless as possible. Highly recommended.

Took the risk and ordered an earring by post in view of the excellent trust pilot reviews. Came the next day by royal mail special delivery, well packaged, with perfume samples. Looks very good quality with a sturdy clasp. Slightly small and hard to get on but once it's on it looks stunning. Very happy with my online shopping experience and would definitely buy again or visit the store.

Absolutely love this company. Unfortunately I couldn't visit the store and was really struggling to choose an earring. Leon and Svetlana could not have been more patient or helpful answering my questions, keeping me informed on stock levels and sending me photos. The designs are beautiful and the lab diamonds are at a fraction of the price of others. Already planning my next purchase and hope the I can visit the store the next time!

I cannot thank The Mail enough as this is where I first heard of Lark & Berry; such an interesting article that I decided to visit the shop. I met with Emily; who was extremely helpful, informative and knew exactly what I wanted! Within days, Emily sent me drawings and my ring was chosen! Five weeks later and I have received my jewellery and I am absolutely blown away! This is by far the most beautiful ring I have ever seen; the detail is spectacular. I received my very first L&B piece yesterday - an alphabet diamond charm necklace, and now I'm in love with the brand. I work in sustainability, and know how large an environmental footprint mined gemstones can have, so I really admire L&B's business model. The quality of the diamonds is top, and I love the craftsmanship, the attention to detail, and the gorgrous design. The mechanism for changing the necklace length is so clever too!

Incredible service on every level! I was distraught at having lost 2 diamonds from a family heirloom ring (which I use as my wedding band). I wanted to replace them ethically. Brought it to Lark & Berry who were amazing. Took it in, were so kind and helpful and just brilliant at advising me of options and any potential risk.
The work they've done is phenomenal and it's impossible for me to tell which are the replacement diamonds.
So happy to have found this service which is the highest of quality, and done with smiles, empathy, kindness and passion, which made the whole process a joy.
And along the way, the diamonds are ethical, which was extremely important for me.

The only place I could find where lab-grown diamonds made with renewable energy (disclaimer - I don't know more specifics re. precise sources of this energy).

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, who were attentive both in the shop and via email.

Reasonably priced.

Fiancee was really happy with the ring!
