Customer service never answered my email (over a week ago) and I paid £7 for next day delivery that didn’t arrive for 4 days.

I wanted to buy a pair of studs online and the online chat was so helpful, and fully knowledgeable about all products. What I wanted had been discontinued in the right colour but the offer to make to order was given. In the end I chose another pair of studs (drop stud, trinity) and they are beautiful. They arrived within 2 days. All diamonds are lab grown so ethical and conflict free. All fine piercing range gold is 14k+ and appropriate for pierced ears. I did my research and some other well known London based fine piercers have shocking reviews while Lark and Berry consistently have fantastic reviews which are well deserved. I've made an appointment to go instore to chose some other pieces soon :)

Really lovely jewellery from a small shop in London. Got 1 flat back earring from them, it’s really nice to have some high-quality flat back pieces.

I have two minor complaints about the website - could you add a wish list? And could you reduce the minimum price of gift cards? Thinking ahead to Christmas, I’d love to ask for vouchers to your shop, but I can’t ask anyone to spend (at least) £100 on a Christmas present for me!

I don't think it's possible for Lark and Berry's customer service to be any better. They have great communication, and combine professionalism and friendliness.

Their diamonds are beautiful... they're extremely sparkly. This purchase was a pair of star, hoop earrings, and I love them. I've been equally happy with everything else I've bought.

For anyone who can, I recommend visiting their shop. The only downside is, it's full of things that you'll want to buy!

I ordered a really pretty simple hoop in white gold. I was contacted straight away confirming that there would be a slight delay on reviving the hoop, this was clearly stated on the website. Customer service was great - I accidentally chose collect from store instead of home delivery, I contacted the customer service team who responded promptly and sent me a payment link to change the delivery
