The customer service I have received from Nicola at Abbey Park in Thorney has been second to none!

When I began the process of buying my first house I found it very daunting but Nicola immediately put my mind at ease. She has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process and I couldn't recommend her enough. A credit to Larkfleet Homes!

Although we brought our house during Covid 19 restrictions, all the stress was taken away by Nicola, she was always keeping us informed about anything from the time frame, to when we were needed to make the choices for our house. And was always happy to answer any questions big or small

Paula from customer care is brilliant, helps straight away and gets things sorted. Constantly keeps you updated and informed of what’s going on.

Couldn’t ask for more from Paula - thank you for all your help over the last few months

I would like to thank Paula from head office for the way she has conducted herself after having moved in to my new property recently.
Her tone and calm and professional manner puts you at ease during a time which, for some, can be an anxious and worrying time settling in to a new area and dealing with issues that arise with a new home.

She has been knowledgeable and honest throughout even though I have had several issues that have needed resolving with glass, electrics and a plumbing issue. I have found that her prompt response to me reporting defects have led to a prompt response form the contractors and she has always been realistic with regards to timescales and whether something falls under the warranty or not.
Only feedback for the future would be to ensure that customers are absolutely aware to make initial checks within the first 14 days of moving in as reporting some defects after this time may not be covered under the new homes warranty policy.
Overall though, very please with the level of customer service.

I'm a second time buyer looking at SA, as a full time working mum with only 1 household income the idea of owning a home once felt so far out of reach. But, not anymore.

Since I've been liaising with Nicola from Abbey Park (Thorney) I have experienced a very hand-held approach from start to finish and I cannot thank her enough.. I have been dealt with in a timely, professional manner and Nicola has taken a proactive approach to obtaining answers to my queries regardless of the complexity.

The stigma attached to new builds has been completely eradicated following nothing but reassurance from Nicola and the team and providing me with all of the information I need.

I take comfort in knowing that I can enjoy this home move experience from start to finish, thanks to Larkfleet handling all of the intricate details and leaving me with only the good parts (i.e picking fittings choices!)

Huge thank you to all at Abbey Park for offering me a solution to getting back on the housing ladder and all support is gratefully received.

Our first home was a 3 storey 4 bed in Eye, Peterborough, we then p/x'd for a 5 bed Cheltenham and we were very happy with both houses. Well built, very efficient and would recommend to friends/family.

I’m currently in the process of buying my first home and luckily for me Nicola at Abbey Park has been absolutely amazing!

I’ve had hundreds of questions and Nicola is always quick to respond, she explains everything and keeps me in the loop with continuous updates.

I was a little worried and apprehensive at first giving the current situation and having heard stories about Larkfleet, however, Nicola has completely changed my view of Larkfleet with service she has provided!!

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Nicola at Abbey Park from the very start. Nicola has been very helpful throughout, excellent customer service! Even through a change of circumstances, she has bent over backwards to do everything she can to help. 5 star service!

We would like to thank Vonya and Alex for all they have done to help, although we have had a few "speedbumps" along the way they have both been very helpful and quick to respond and rectify the few issues we have had.

We are in the early stages of purchasing a property from Larkfleet Whittlesey Green but so far the service has been nothing but helpful and friendly.

I could not recommend Vonya enough. She has already been amazing and we can be sure we are in safe hands with our purchase!

Recently brought a property in Gretton from Deborah. Had some issues at some stages but cant fault the professionalism and eagerness to resolve these from Deborah and get them rectified which she did. Also, a big shout out to Alex, the new Site Manager. He sets very high standards for himself and the team and this is shown from the communication between the 3 of us, the handover and the aftercare shown in just the first few days of moving in. Highly Recommend :D

We've recently purchased a house from larkfleet in gretton Valley, well what can I say! From start to finish debs and will (Deborah ford - sales) has been amazingly faultless throughout our purchase! There is nothing she won't do to go above and beyond to help - we had a lot of hiccups along the way but she made sure she helped us every step, will stepped in whilst debs was on annual leave and he is a top guy who will also go above and beyond. Alex the site manager is also amazing! Him and his team have good attention to detail and are a credit to larkfleet. We are now in our finished home and we love it Alex and debs have checked in to make sure we are settled and to make sure we haven't got any problems (which we don't) the whole estate is stunning.

I can't fault debs and Alex one single bit, a genuinely lovely team.

We are first time buyers and they've eased my anxiety through the whole process.

We moved into our new house in Thorney last year. We cannot praise the professionalism and kindness that both Nicola from the sales office and Vince the site agent has given. Nothing has been too much trouble for either of them however small the query or question has been, although we have all been through difficult times this last year but they helped make our move as easy as possible. We have nothing but praise for them and would certainly recommend others to buy here if any properties are still available

Nicola has been our point of contact from the moment my partner & I chose to buy a Larkfleet home and we cannot fault her level of service and attentiveness. For FTB’s like us, the house buying process is a daunting one and she has made it an enjoyable experience; she explained the process to us in a way that was easy to understand and is always available to answer any questions that we may have

Fantastic experience from Larkfleet Homes buying our first home at Deeping Meadow. Sales team Sophia was great throughout, any snagging issues (which were very little) picked up on when we moved in have been dealt with prompt and efficiently. Can’t fault this developer in any way and would recommend to anyone. We are very happy and thank you and all of your team for a great experience in buying our first family home.

I wouldn’t even give one star, apart from the fact that it forces you to in order to leave a review.

Honestly, the worst experience possible. We put a reservation down on a beautiful home and almost immediately, problems started. Because of COVID, the completion date was put back by six months (which we were totally understanding and accepting of), but in return we were given 7 days grace on our reservation period to finish our sale. Absolutely no interest in the impact that COVID had on our side and absolutely no interest in the impact that THEIR issues had on us, for example needing to go back and forth with our buyer over whether she would be willing to wait longer to move in.

Larkfleet tried to fob us off with smaller properties and, weirdly, with one that was £125,000 more expensive. When we weren’t interested, they cancelled our reservation with no contact to say this had happened. Then they had the nerve to call to ask for our reservation fee, which we’d offered to pay multiple times since putting the reservation down and they hadn’t been able to process it because they were moving offices apparently....for four months.....

When we said that we didn’t want to pay the reservation fee as we weren’t sure whether we still had a reservation, this was used as the reason for cancelling it.

Shady business practices, absolutely no care for the lives they ruin.

I bought a house with Larkfleet homes and from the get go I had excellent customer care from Vonya in the sales office. Throughout my reservation to moving in, she has been extremely helpful, approachable and very friendly. Vonya also knows her job inside out. Not only have I got a house but lucky enough to have made a friend in Vonya! She is a great asset to the team! Also a massive thank you to Alex (site manager) - he is very helpful and makes sure jobs get done in a timely manner.

I can’t quite put into words how amazing the customer service has been at larkfleet homes - Whittlesey green.
All questions and quires answered quickly, and always going above and beyond. I can’t thank Alex and vonya enough for their dedication to providing a great experience for buying and moving into a new home.

Now settled into my new home, I’m really pleased I made the move to the new Abbey Park development in Thorney.
From start to finish, Nicola was amazing. She’s friendly, polite, helpful and has really made the whole process a lot easier.
Vince, the Site Manager has been fab too. He’s friendly and approachable, was always there to answer any questions if needed and makes you feel cared for, as a customer. Gage has helped tons too, so thank you to you all!

We moved into our new larkfleet property 1 day before Christmas Eve and we are very happy with our new home. The purpose for our review today is more about giving Vonya the appraise she really deserves. Purchasing a home during a pandemic came with a lot of walls and hurdles but she kept us going and without her, I don’t think we would have bothered continuing and just waiting for some form of normality back in our everyday lives. A big asset to the business, keep hold of this one!
