We had a very positive experience with larkfleet at Whittlesey Green, Vonya and Tracey worked exceptionally hard to get everything processed on time, even Will the area sales manager went out of his way to commute to get paperwork signed. Great to sticking to deadlines we completed in 3 weeks! Even the aftercare service is always available just give them a shout and they send someone out. Highly recommend buying from them. Well done guys keep up the fab work x

We recently moved into a Rippon property and Vonya was always our go to person for any questions we had. She has extensive knowledge of the site and never failed to make sure we got to see our house in the making. Vonya even went above and beyond and stayed late at the office on the day of completion to make sure we got the keys after a hiccup with solicitors. Thank you!

We have had a very positive experience with Larkfleet Homes from the point of reservation to moving into our new home. Vonya at the Whittlesey Green office has been exceptional, always on hand for any support required and helped us with the process of purchasing our first home. After receiving our keys, the team at Whittlesey Green are still supporting us when settling into our home, if we have any queries they are very quick at helping. We moved with a two-week completion, it was incredibly fast and Vonya ensured everything was ready.

We recently purchased a Ripon at Whittlesey Green. Vonya was helpful, polite, professional and informative throughout. Vonya was a complete pleasure to deal with she made the whole purchasing experience a stress free pleasure. From the outset and throughout our buying experience with Larkfleet, Vonya and the site team have been absolutely faultless in making everything as easy and exciting as possible for our first home. I always worry in sales environments about being pushed into something I don’t feel is quite right, Vonya was so welcoming and gave me and my partner all the information we needed without feeling as though we were being pushed into the purchase - top class service :)

We have been to a few local (Peterborough) New build sites and most of the sales people seem uninterested in you.
But Vonya at whittleseygreen was the first time a we actually felt like valued in a showroom. Nothing seemed too much, was such a shame she didn’t have any houses that we was looking for at the time.

I think sales people need to remember “people by from people”
If she had a house we would have brought one I’m sure.

Great experience with larkfleet so far at Deeping meadows made easier by the helpful & friendly sales rep Sophia who made the process effortless.

Where to start? What an easy experience delivered with first class service from Sophia!
This has really put into perspective for me how much of a difference someone with knowledge & expertise can change the process.
Every detail was explored, from the flooring to the work surfaces, she really did cover it all!
I am very happy in my new home, and cannot thank Sophia and the team for helping to make this normally stressful time so enjoyable!

If I had to buy again it would be with Larkfleet, but I don’t see myself moving for a long time yet!

The team and Whittlesey green larkfleet were exceptionally good. Tried their hardest to get us into our first home within 2 weeks and smashed it! Very pleasant people to deal with with any queries me or my partner had.

Brilliant experience with Larkfleet. I could not fault them at all, we were moved in within 2 weeks after reserving our home. Customer service is fantastic would 100% recommend to anyone.

After finally securing a plot (we had looked at a lot) and picking the options etc everything got locked down due to Covid-19. Sophia has been great at keeping us in the loop and making us feel more relaxed at times that have been stressful. She has great people skills and makes you feel comfortable when making or choosing options with nothing feeling like too much trouble. We also felt Her knowledge of the site at the beginning was much more comprehensive to be able to help us make a decision about where we wanted to live.

We are delighted with our new home from Larkfleet so far. We were concerned during the Covid 19 outbreak that the completion date would be delayed indefinitely but the team on site pulled out all the stops to enable us to move in at the end of June 2020. We appreciated the help that Vonya in particular gave us as we previously lived in Lancashire and could only make very occasional site visits. This meant lots of e mail and phone contact from us and she was always helpful, professional and informative. She dovetails well with Alex and Gage as part of a positive team on site. All three have looked after us well. We have few snags and our only grouse is with the media plate position which is probably a design faux pas.

Really happy with our new home. All staff & workers very helpful and freindly. Vonya has been brilliant and the most help through the whole
process.

I’ve recently just purchased my first home with my partner, we have always said we wanted a new build from the beginning it was just finding the perfect house. After finding larkfleet homes in Whittlesey we went to go visit, the sales team were fantastic helping explain the procedure of first time buyers and what the company had on offer for us. I thought it was going to be so stressful however the help of Vonya one of the sales ladies this made the process more fun rather than stressful. I am so happy with the service I have received from this housing company and would recommend them to anyone they build such lovely homes for first time buyers or even families.

Smooth and easy process, deeping meadows is such a lovely site in a great area. Nothing is ever a problem with the staff on site. Great spec compared to a lot of other builders and most of all, so many choices for kitchens etc. Very pleased so far and cannot wait until move in day now!

We have had a excellent experience with Larkfleet. With their help we have been able to afford and purchase our own home. We have been very impressed so far with their service and given the covid situation as well it has been managed very well. We are very excited about moving into our new home at the end of this month. Wow! Some very scathing comments on here and this is not our experience at all. I have given 5 stars as the whole team deserve 5 stars. My family moved into a Cheltenham property on the Whittlesey Green Estate in June 2020. We have dealt with the Sales Team - Vonya, Tracey and Will who have been very professional, listened and delivered exactly what we would expect in time and communication with them was excellent. The Construction Team led by Alex and his assistant Gage is also very professional, they both go out of their way to assist. Their team on site are also very nice to live with, they are polite and friendly. Our overall experience to date is excellent. My Family and I would like to say thank you for making our house move a smooth experience even with Covid-19 restrictions.

The sales representative was very helpful and made the experience hassle free and easy to get the proceedings underway. We have encountered no problems so far which is excellent and we are looking forward to watching our new home be built in the coming months.
