It took a while for me to get my LaserCube but it was definitely worth the wait! The product is great and LaserOS is easy to setup and use. I had a minor glitch plus a few other questions, so I headed onto the website and clicked on the option to chat via WhatsApp. I asked my questions and Jarek answered almost immediately with great answers, links to sites and videos that helped me tremendously - AWESOME Support!!! Funny story: I couldn't replicate the glitch I had whilst I was online with Jarek so I believe he solved it with the power of his mind - I think the Force was with him!! LOL

Amazing tiny yet powerful laser, it works great as a one man show, and support over WhatsApp is great. but if you wanna integrate it in your workflow (Touchdesigner, artnet, dmx ...) you should do some research and as the support team first, because it has it's own limitations in terms of that.

Ordering and shipping went very well too. There was a short delay but that was not because of the LaserCube service but restrictions due to corona virus.

Great product, please take care of TouchDesigner support.
I love your product, shipment and delivery were great, despite a little wait and confusion with customs part of DHL (EU). Much appreciated is an addition of usb-c to ethernet, which works on pc's too as another network card (very useful).
The product itself is unique and very powerful device. Pure magic. I can't praise it enough, hope it will last for long time.
Things that could do some improvements is quality of API and tech support. Touchdesigner plugins supplied on the website didn't work (crashed my TD and its rare) and only got the laser working thanks to Nairo Dorian's repository on github. I can't do links here, but you can find it by googling his name with lasercube.

The most important thing is that TouchDesigner is a 3rd party app, so we have no impact on the development and implementation process. We already share an API, but TouchDesigner developers should implement it properly into their software.
And yes, Dorian made great work with creating a repo. We shared his repo on our FAQ page on LaserOS. You probably found the plugin dedicated to an old LaserCube USB. Hope you'll have a lot of fun with the Cube!
