First : transparency about the prices, and the customs dutys. Secondly, good surprises about the software, especially firmware ( LAN and wifi are pretty well handed ).

I sent my LaserCube to them for repair, and while the device was fixed, it had a minor issue when I received it back. I communicated with them via email regarding the issue, and they acknowledged their mistake and took appropriate actions based on my situation.

If your LaserCube breaks down and needs repair, you can trust them to handle it properly.

Very professional material and customer support. I just bough the Laser but I can already feel that Laseros is giving a real care to their customer. They pay attention to small things and understand the need of professional in the industrie. For exemple, they give the option to reduce the declared value and avoid us paying insane import taxes. Their customer support is Fast and always on point. And I haven't get yet into exploring their database of tutorial to make the best laser show.

So expensive product but 100% worth it !

Great product from a great company

My product arrived with visible wear on the rain cover. Ice was under the impression that the mini tripod was also missing, as I received one in my previous purchase of the exact same laser. When I went to customer service to let them know, they sent me to another department Without much help. I am currently underwater in an intense production right now, and it’s going to be a couple weeks before I get to look into this further. But since I’ve been prompted to give a review again, that’s my two cents.

Best product in this niche. I have to use all models of LaserCube from 1w to 7.5w

Delivery was on time and tech support was a big help in setting it up the first time. Worked Better than expected and had ALOT of preprograming already in it. We will be ordering more.
