Been to the one next to Wembley stadium a few times, food’s decent enough at that price bracket, good service, friendly staff. Normally go for happy hour cocktails, unfortunately, when an event is on... See more

Lovely experience
I've attended a few bottomless brunches at different Las Iguanas venues in Birmingham and I always have a brilliant time!
Food is tasty, drinks arrive quickly to the point we have several on the go.
Our sever was wonderful, so friendly and made conversation with us, gave recommendations and made us feel really welcome.
Bottomless brunch menu is limited as they usually are and there are options to upgrade.
Paige was an absolute breath of fresh…
Paige was an absolute breath of fresh air had our drinks topped up constantly! Will be back thank you!! Such a lovely girl credit to the company!!
Arcadian Birmingham- awful
Arcadian Birmingham- awful!
We visited this evening having pre-booked a table for two for the festive tapas- all you can eat for 90 mins..
Upon arrival we were abruptly told that it would get busy at 4 and that food may be slower to arrive.. I had assumed we’d be done by 4 so no issue!
We were able to order 3 tapas dishes per 2 people at a time.. we ordered almost immediately but had to wait 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Upon querying this- a waitress explained that a chef had called in sick leaving them short- fair enough- these things happen. But no contingency plan? On Christmas Eve when the Christmas tapas has been heavily advertised and only offered for two nights?
One more plate arrived and the rest we had to leave as we had tickets at the theatre at 5pm.
Best bit- they initially tired to charge me full price… for 4 small plates of food that took an hour and a half to arrive??
Food aside- the restaurant was nice and most of the staff were friendly.
Don’t use the toilets if you can help it… the smell of stale urine coming from the men’s loo was so strong it can be smelt from outside the door, which you need to pass to get to the ladies. The ladies toilets were pretty grim- toilets not clean!
I’d never return to eat here… put a real spender on the evening as we were hungry throughout the show at the theatre.
Really bizarre experience
Really bizarre experience. Staff asked us about refilling drinks constantly when they were still three quarters full. Also server asked us if we wanted the chicken from the 2 chicken dishes we ordered on the same plate without mentioning a charge. But what we actually got was a whole extra serving of chicken with a £5 charge that we didn't even eat! They asked us about the food about seven times. It was as if they were trying to constantly upsell. Never had this weird fake American style service before in Scotland. Food was okay, but would not go back!
Don't be fooled by the Bottomless…
Don't be fooled by the Bottomless Brunch deal, it's not what you think.
We went out expecting food aplenty, likewise with the cocktails. Not so.
At this time of year the Christmas Brunch menu was in, for about another £10-12 on top of usual prices. Vegetarian choice? Chilli, Mac and Cheese or a Veg patty with fries...hmm, not that festive, really. And that's it for food - one dish, like it or lump it.
Cocktails...there was a choice of about 10 cocktails on the menu, which seemed quite reasonable. The first cocktail came in a small metal tumbler with a ton of ice, and did taste nice. But that was probably due to the pre-mixed sugar in it. As it turns out, the cocktails are no more than a pre-mixed drink that bear little resemblance to what you would order off of the Usual drinks menu. More akin to something you might get from the local co-op in a tiny tin. The ice packed out most of the tumbler so you probably had about three mouthfuls of drink.
Now the reason I gave this three stars is because the service was pretty good. The cocktails were quite frankly rubbish though. I asked our server what the deal was with the cocktails, and she said that they didn't want people getting so drunk that they'd fall over and stagger out the restaurant, so all the cocktails came pre-mixed from their supplier. Okay fair enough. But I doubt very much they would care what would happen if one were to order the expensive mixed in-house cocktails off of the menu, and one staggered out of there 4 sheets to the wind. So that excuse really doesn't hold up.
If you book the bottomless brunch at Las Iguanas, be warned that you won't come out of there full up or particularly tipsy as one might expect from a bottomless brunch deal. Another example of ripoff Britain.
Poor service
Went to get some food staff immediately unhelpful and told us we couldn’t walk in despite sign on the door saying come on in we are open, they told us to book online which we did for 5:30 after entering at 5:10 the manager then came over to us to say they are busy and not expecting walk ins so we informed him we have now booked and he said they couldn’t see the booking and said your going to have to wait half an hour to see it we asked to just order drinks for now which he said no to, after explaining to him we were told to book and then did and waited that we would still have to wait even longer just to get a drink the manager was extremely dismissive and unhelpful and proceeded to walk off and say they were too busy. Overall absolutely appalled at the behaviour from staff and advise they put signs up to say closed or fully booked as they were many people that walked in while we were there that they also turned away. And the place was far from full capacity with only a few tables in the front of the restaurant and no one in the whole other half of the restaurant.
Good Job
Paige & her colleagues were great with our group of 19 people in Bracknell. I would definitely go back.
first time i went with my son it was…
first time i went with my son it was lovely fresh food bread was stunning this time for his birthday with my daughter was really disappointed, both were sick after and food was runny , bread was undercooked and chewy, nacho was about 7 very disappointing
Won’t return
Slow service you can expect in a busy restaurant, it was practically empty.
Cold and burnt food and not cheap either. How can you burn a steak and still have it raw? Impressive.
Bland food with poor seasoning.
An off night?
Hugely disappointing
Deansgate Manchester
The atmosphere and food are great, the staff are always cheeky and helpful.
COULD HAVE SCORED A MAXIMUM HAD THE BIRTHDAY VOUCHER FOR A FREE MAIN BEEN VALID, HOW CAN IT BE OUT OF DATE A WEEK LATER?
We travelled 2.5 hours to get there from Halifax
Bad Experience
Travelled 10 miles and struggled to park (£10 for 2 hours). Met up at las Iguana for my grandaughters 40th birthday. First customers in so very quiet to start. Drinks came fairly quickly. Three of the party ordered starters. Came in a reasonable time but we're cold. Waited another hour and a quarter but no food arrived at our table although as the restraunt was filling up other tables were receiving food. We beckoned our waiter to find out what was happening and he asked if we wanted the bill. We haven't even eaten. Talk about not having your eye on the ball. At that point after nearly an hour and a half we got up to leave. No apology whatsoever. The manager didn't even come out of the kitchen to explain. Made a written complaint on their website. No response as yet.
A very disappointing evening
A very sad evening at the Brighton restaurant. Staff advised when we arrived that food would be about 30 minutes as they had a big party in.
We received some nachos to start then had to wait 80 minutes before any food arrived. When 3 plates arrived 2 were cold.
We had order further food and some half hour later we were asked if we wanted to order again.
It was very awkward atmosphere as the staff seemed embarrassed. Some people walked out without any food.
Some people started to share their food with other tables as there were many tables that had very little food.
Very sad, although if we had thought of it the delivery drivers were getting their orders a lot quicker - it seemed that more food was being sent out than eaten in the restaurant.
We do not normally have the opportunity to eat out because of personal circumstances. Very sad experience.
Extremely Poor Experience
We visited this restaurant in Chinatown in Birmingham. When we arrived, we hadn't booked, so we had to eat in the bar area of the restaurant. All not a problem, we were told food would be 40 minutes, again not a problem and we could choose to order at either the bar or on the app. As we had a wait for food we choose the app and went to bar for drinks. This is the point where things started to go wrong. I stood at the bar trying to order a drink. 3 staff serving and no one acknowledged me or made any eye contact whatsoever. I finally got served after 10 minutes. Not good. Our food did arrive in the prescribed time. Quite frankly the price we paid (£45 not including drinks) was appalling for the quality and portions we received. It was honestly over cooked and meagre. The price of a pint of lager and sparkling water was nearly £12. Not a great visit and we blame ourselves because there are far better restaurants in the area. Having visited this chain in south Wales we thought we couldn't go wrong. This restaurant focuses on speed of delivery of the food over quality. The prices are ridiculous. £70 we paid in total and left hungry. Extremely disappointing.
Delicious food with friendly service
The food at Las Iguanas in Portsmouth was fantastic. I took my 19 and 17 year olds, we had curry, burger and loaded chicken; even the fussy teenagers loved it. Service was great, would thoroughly recommend.
Avoid, avoid, avoid
Ordered food for delivery, half of order was missing so couldn't make anyone an actual meal. The food that was delivered was stone cold. Unable to resolve because no one answered the phone and I tried continuously for 45 minutes. Avoid, especially Basingstoke branch
Josh made the best cocktails
Josh made the best cocktails, staff all friendly.
Went in and got a table straight away.
Went in and got a table straight away.
A bit noisy in the restaurant.
Had the Mexican main course. Didn't look much to start with but there was more there than met the eye. Very nice. Service was okay.
It was good overall.
They just can’t be bothered
Went to Bristol at lunch time today just for a couple of cocktails. They had no lines but never mentioned this when we said we were just entering for a few cocktails. Our first order they couldn’t do. Our second order they couldn’t do - and it wasn’t till now that they had no lines so could do nothing with limes in. How could that kind of place with their menu and drinks menu not have limes at lunch time - and they are 5 minutes walk from several supermarkets. And the worse thing was they thought it was all very funny.
Sam at Woburn Forest was amazing!!
Sam, our waitress at Woburn Forest branch, was absolutely amazing. She looked after us so much, we visited the restaurant 3 consecutive days in a row - we always had a nice table, she handled my allergies and dietary requirements perfectly, and as a special something for my husbands birthday we got a complimentary beer for him and Churros. A true asset to the company.
Vicky was an amazing waitress!!
