Questions quick, simple, direct, the whole experience was fast no delays took a few seconds only. Gives you confidence in the company if the initial contact is so professional. Cheers

My experience with calls for a lasik eye surgery

Today 30may23 I browsed an ad for having a free test to explore if I qualified for a laser vision correction surgery. I filled the few prospective questions. Almost immediately I received a call from Mss Aisha who, after some reconfirming questions, sent me 2 emails to inform that I have gotten a free consultation in an optical center in Dublin, Ireland. As that was a recorded call, I thanked her for her prompt initiative but suggested her to also do something with the calling telephone number, as my carrier warned me that it could me a scam call. It has practical consequences; in my case I wasn't that prone to reveal details about me (I was solicited my home address, which I found it irrelevant for a first call from an unknown number. To fill my full data *AT A clinic* wouldn't be a problem though). Thank you Mss Aisha and Optical Express.
