They are scammers
They are scammers. I submitted my order 8am for a same day delivery. I put in the exact address for the delivery. One of their team members sent me a screenshot of my order with the address confirming that it would be delivered by 5pm
At 2pm I hadn't heard back so sent them a message asking for an update and they responded "we are verifying your request and in a few minutes will provide an update" 3 hours later at 5pm they emailed me saying they don't deliver to the address I put but they would do it if I paid them an extra $100USD. I'm from canada so that would be an extra $140.
I feel like they're just trying to scam me since they know I'm from Canada. I'll be calling the backs to report this fradulent transaction as they're trying to scam me for more money after confirming my order and delivery address
EDIT: my name is not Fred Martin as clearly shown on my profile? It’s also been 24 hours and you still haven’t provided the refund that you agreed to. Please ensure that gets done right away

As we already explained to you by email, but apparently it was not understood on your part, the delivery address for your order is not in Limon as recorded in the order but in Playa Cocles, which is located 51 km from Limon, that is, on the outskirts of the city where you said the delivery was, given that our business delivery hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. that is why we indicated this time range, when we finally noticed that the registered address was wrong, we proceeded to try to deliver your order without additional payments, but as you can see it was not possible and we are forced to deliver your order from Limon and that is why the delivery cost increases, all of this was indicated in the email sent but again it was not understood on your part.

I must say I was presently surprised by the customer service with the company. I send a lot of flowers to my wife who works in Bogota. There was a small glitch that I assumed would go without getting any attention but I was pleased to find out that I was wrong. The company contacted me quickly and corrected the issue. They have earned my business moving forward. I was using daFlores.com and was very disappointed with product and customer service.

Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. Be aware of the price. You think you are buying in local currency and the changes are in dollar. I ended up paying $130 for something that costs $30. Huge mistake. Stay away! Save your money!!!

I paid for flowers Saturday morning, not knowing that if I wanted flowers delivered Saturday I was supposed to order on Friday. I sent a message but did not hear back. But my girlfriend sent me a message in the afternoon very excited and happy that she received flowers. Great experience overall, I was happy that Latinflores made it happen for me. Using this service from the US
I am in the US and used this service to send flowers to a friend in Colombia. The process was seamless and the staff very responsive and helpful. As easy as dealing with a neighborhood florist. Best of all prices are very reasonable.

The only reason I am not giving it a…
The only reason I am not giving it a lower than 3 stars rating, it's because of how fast the support replied to my question via email. The flowers were damaged and the delivery was not polite.
EDIT: After talking again with the person that received the flowers, only 6 out of the 12 survived the delivery process and the branches were all dry.
Edit: I cannot actually reply to your response, as there is no reply button and trustpilot does not allow email addresses to be typed here. City was Medellin, CO and email was stam.r****@gm***.com
Another Edit: Today it seems they have send the flowers again, along with a box of chocolates, to the original recipient. Delivery was polite this time, all the flowers were in good shape. Changing it to 5 stars as it seems they have made right by their actions.
