This was a terrible experience
This was a terrible experience! We ordered the flowers to be delivered for an anniversary. We asked if they delivered to that region and they told us that they did, so we proceeded with the order. Only after the funds processed did they tell us that there was an additional fee to send to that region. They did not deliver the flowers on time but 5 days later. They did not communicate the day of the delivery but only after the anniversary. The ONLY reason they get an extra star is because the flowers were beautiful. And they should be for that price. Overall it was terrible prices, terrible communication, terrible delivery timing. I do NOT recommend this service.

Website is not really practical. Website did not give the chance to put the period of time for delivery, and did not specify Sender, Recipient, and the deceased person. Because of that I had to write an email to make it clear.
Also, I did not receive a notification of delivery and who signed the delivery. I had to request by email.
Not using this company for the future.

The flowers provided were not the flowers I ordered. The chocolates delivered with the flowers were not the chocolates I ordered. The flowers were delivered in an old supermarket plastic bag after 8pm in the evening (it looked disgusting for something so personal and important - we have pictures). The value paid (£80.00) was more than 4 times what the actual items delivered were worth and that is being generous!! The offer of free delivery for first time user of LatinFlores was NOT honoured when I made the purchase.

Every year I have a cake delivered for my son's birthday, as he lives alone in another country (Argentina). I've never had a problem. This year I had the unfortunate idea of trying LatinFlores for a change. To avoid any problems, I ordered it nine days in advance. I went to LatinFlores.com and ordered one of the few options on their menu: a brownie cake with walnuts, dulce de leche, and meringue – which my son loves. The day before delivery, however, at 8:50 PM, I received an email from them with the following message: "Dear Customer, We inform you that the Walnut Brownie with Dulce de Leche and Meringue is not available. Instead, a delicious strawberry pie with cream will be delivered. We appreciate your understanding." What do you mean? Nine days in advance. You order a cake of one kind and they deliver a pie of another. Do they push the leftovers on you? What if my son doesn't like strawberries? And they give you last-minute notice, without even having time to arrange something else? I really don't recommend this experience, much less this website, to anyone.
