Sent an item completely different than…
Sent an item completely different than the one I had purchased online, I paid $15 extra so it’d be delivered even if their website said that if I signed up for letters they would deliver it for FREE. After telling them a completely different item was sent they said that they’d send the actual item TE NEXT DAY, they did and the item was still a little bit different and smaller than the one I had purchased. Never using them again.
