Terrible
Terrible - do not use this company! First they sent me a message saying that I owed an additional $78 for delivery (no explanation as to why or apology for misquoting) then the delivery man texts me saying if I can't get the QR code to give him access to the community immediately I'll have to pay the $160 delivery fee again. And worst of all the flowers were absolutely NOTHING like the photo. In England these flowers would have cost about £9.00. They were a tiny bunch of ill looking flowers. Total waste of money and terrible experience.

This is especially disappointing considering that I placed the order online and completed the payment early in the morning, allowing sufficient time for same-day delivery.
