Really disappointed

Really disappointed
I bought 2 toy baskets 1 was perfect the other was not. Writing was meant to be lilac - it was pink ( they said that’s how it looks on the grey material , I didn’t have a problem with baby blue) shouldn’t be advertised as lilac then. I chose a grey bunny it was brown( they said their grey bunny is brown with tones of grey) again advertised wrong. Really upsetting as I had seen really nice products and these weren’t cheap. I emailed about the issues for a week they in the end said I can either send back at my cost ( their policy is no personalised items returned) or 25% refund so I took the refund . Very disappointed as if it was just advertised correctly it would have been fine

Super sorry you are disappointed by the tones of the grey bunny. We completely understand there are various tones of grey and you may have had a particular tone in mind, when purchasing our grey bunny. Looking at the correspondence with the team, and the item on our website, this is advised on the item description and we always recommend checking item descriptions prior to completing an order, to avoid disappointment. We can see you also got a free tee worth £13.99 with your order, from our team on Tiktok, which is super kind and our way of giving back to those supporting us, during this cost of living crisis. We can see the team did offer you two options as goodwill gestures, of you not been happy with the grey tones of your bunny, of which you are correct, we do do not accept returns on personalised items, as these are no longer resalable and so as a small business is a huge loss for us, however we still offered this as a goodwill gesture, however never advised you would need to pay this yourself lovely. We can however see you opted for the 25% partial refund, of which the team provided :)

Again thank you for taking the time to provide us with a review, we are always aiming to improve our business' and so this is deeply appriciaited.

I have ordered from this company multiple times

I have ordered from this company multiple times and each time I’m left amazed by not only the quality of the items but also how fast they get made and sent! Having 2 children with 2 unique names is a struggle when it comes to getting personalised items but it’s no struggle here! The mystery boxes are amazing - I got 2 £30 ones and received a T-shirt and a jumper (£32 worth!) Products all have a description with sizes, whether to size up or down. Honestly worth the money!

I have made multiple orders from this…

I have made multiple orders from this small company since November and have never had a problem. These orders included a basket, dungarees, hoody and the cutest of tennis dresses. Currently waiting on a frill jumper and can't wait. Would recommend this company and have in fact recommended this company to my friends. Will definitely order again. Thank you

Honestly nicest items ever!😍
I’ve ordered multiple time from here and have NEVER been disappointed!!
Sizings are really good and always advised to size up on certain items that do run small which is really helpful!!
Customer service is really helpful& reply soooo fast!
Quality is unreal and they wash amazing!! Also the mystery bundles are such good value & always stunning!

Do not waste your money!

Don’t bother contacting customer service as they fob you off with an excuse.

I ordered an item to have spaces in between the lettering and in capital letters and didn’t get either
The response I got was -
‘ Our personalisation is not case sensitive as advised on our website, as we do have many customers add names without capital letters for the first letter, not meaning too and so we complete all words including a capital letter at the beginning and then lower cases for each letter thereafter. We do recommend always adding a note if you do require something different to what the website advises.’

No sorry, you follow whatever is in the note box when they ordered. It was very clear I wanted it in capitals with spaces in between. This is really not good enough and after seeing all the spelling mistakes on the items advertised recently it’s put me off ordering.
I don’t recommend this company and advise you to shop at Millie & Blake where the items are amazing and such better customer service
You’ve lost a customer in me!

We are deeply upset by this review as you left this review after not allowing us time to assist or offer you a solution. We apologised twice on our email, of which has been left from review above, which is super upsetting and misleading. Our initial response can be seen to advise both ""So sorry to hear this" and also"Apologies for any inconvenience caused." As we hope you can appreciate we did apologise that you felt your item was not completed as requested, however we not given any time to assist with this query before a review was left.

Our personalisation boxes are indeed not case sensitive, as advised on our website, as we have many customers that input names without a capital, of which if we completed without a capital at the beginning of the word, they would complain. Again we have customers add names in capitals, of which if we did complete all in capitals, they would complain, its a lose lose situation for us and would love a solution to this, so your feedback is highly appreciated. We do have it advised on our website that if anyone requires a name, differently to advertised on our website, to please contact us or add a little note advising the team.

We can confirm your order does include spaces between each letter, as one of our team members confirmed this with you, prior to completing the order, so its super disappointed for your review to advertise this was not done.

Once again we are super disappointed by this misleading review and would have loved the opportunity to assist you, prior to you making a negative review on our small business, we really are just trying to do our best with every order we take. In regards to the comment of spelling mistakes on items, we are super concerned by this as we have no reviews regarding any spelling mistakes. We are only human and of course make mistakes, everyone does and if we do make a spelling mistake on an order, we rectify this for the customer and make sure they have a corrected item, however your order does not include a spelling mistake.

Appalling customer service

I ordered a mystery Christmas box for my baby brother in December, the items were ordered in 3-6 months when I received the items I realised that they were very small and matched the sizing of 0-3 months of many other retailers. I contacted Lavish little style as I thought there had been a mistake with the size and the response was terrible and very unprofessional I was basically told it wasn't there problem and I should read there T&C's and sizing chart, which I had already checked and baby was within the sizing guide for 3-6 months. It also states under the mystery box listing on the website 'We believe this is true to size'. I contacted them on numerous occasions and each time was dismissed and told they were closing the case despite me explaining I didn't feel the issue was resolved, I had spent £50 on items that weren't fit for purpose. Absolutely appalling service.

We must admit we are super disappointed by this review as looking at the correspondence with our team, we have never advised you 'this was not our problem and that you should read our T&C's', so its super surprising to hear this. We have however had you spam our social media accounts many times, commenting on every other watchers comments and advising them against us, which is super upsetting as we hope you can imagine. We appreciate you were not happy with the sizing of your items, however they were provided in the sizes you requested, as confirmed by yourself and the labels on the items.

We are super disappointed by this review Kim as we have not had any prior contact from yourself to query your mystery bundle. We can see from your order you were provided with items over the value of the bundle you ordered.

Mystery bundles do include mystery items from the list provided on the item description. If we had known you did not want any of these items from the list, we would have recommended not choosing a mystery bundle to avoid disappointment when it arrived, however we must admit, we have not had any other feedback advising the items included were rubbish before.

Bad customer service and poor quality

Item arrived looking nothing like the picture, granted I can understand colouring can look slightly different, the colouring was no where near the same as well as that the wording of the colour looked completely washed out in what I can only describe as when a printer is running out of ink and needs a refill. I feel like my order was rushed, quality was absolutely appalling and customer service when I contacted regarding this was delayed and unbothered/unhelpful

We are so sorry you are not happy with your item. We can assure you the team do care and did all we could to help and assist in assuring that the item you had purchased includes inks that sink into the fabric and so do create a subtle look, rather than the vibrant look that, for example vinyl would create on an item. We guaranteed you the printer would not have ran out of ink, as this does not include a printer and so would not have been possible. We do take time with each order as if they were our own and would never rush an order, so we are deeply sorry if you feel this was the case.

Amazing business

I absolutely love this business, I brought my first blanket in 2021 when my little boy was due, and as soon as I found out I was pregnant again I knew I needed to order with them again. It’s amazing quality- my little boy has had his blanket from birth and it is still amazing. Fast shipping and amazing selection of stock. Highly recommend to everyone
