We are so disappointed you have left us a 1 star review advising your have not received your order Kirsty.
Looking at your correspondence with our team, you unfortunately ordered the wrong outfit, and only emailed us after this was made and dispatched, advising that was not the outfit you meant to order and that your daughter could not wear this, as it included a truck on the design. We did advise that this design was unisex and lots of little girls love trucks, however you rejected this delivery when it arrived and had it returned to sender. If this parcel was not rejected, you would have received your order lovely. We do advise to always double check orders and items prior to completing an order, as we do offer many designs, and also allow changes to be made within 12 hours of an order being placed, as we do work on a super quick turn around.

Beautiful Items, Not So Great Customer Service
I made 2 orders, the first one arrived and was perfect. When the 2nd one arrived I noticed one of the blankets had some thread missing from the animal that was embroidered on there. There was a clear gap on the forehead of the monkey where the embroidery had been missed. I emailed Lavish Little Style Baby and they were very unhelpful, I sent them pictures of the blanket and explained that I wasn't happy and they told me that's how it's supposed to look when it really not if it's compared to the pictures on the website and even pictures/videos from their Instagram or tik tok. Its an expensive blanket and I feel like they should of corrected their mistake instead of brushing me off. It really hard not to notice the missing thread!

Lovely quality clothes
Lovely quality clothes ordered numerous lounge sets, dungarees, onesie, hoodies and also a blanket and that was just for my little one! Also ordered gifts from here also love that you get to pick your own animal and personalisation down to colour and font, alway been very quick to dispatch! Would definitely recommend

Love this little shop
