Our lawn has significantly improved under the care of Ian Stephens at Lawnmaster Notts. Our grass has far fewer weeds and moss is tackled quickly. It grows better and is more robust. I would highly recommend Lawnmaster Notts.

What can I say. We’ve been with Lawn Master since the beginning of the year and what a transformation we’ve had on our lawn. We were using a very well known competitor who ruined our lawn, Lawn Master came in and worked their magic and now we have a lawn worthy of awards. The Regeneration has worked wonders. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs a new lawn. Don’t waste money on anyone else!!

Ian has been treating my lawn for over a year now, every 3 months. His reminders, efficient professional service and advice all make for a 5* experience. My lawn is in tip top condition thanks to Ian. Highly recommend 😊

After seeing Ian’s fantastic work on the communal areas of the estate on which I live, I asked him if he could work his magic on my lawn. He certainly hasn’t disappointed! Ian is extremely friendly, professional and reliable. Communication is excellent, reminders are sent and work is always carried out on schedule every three months. My lawn has never looked as healthy as it does now and that’s despite having two boys regularly using it as a football pitch! I would highly recommend Ian and his team.

Absolutely first class service by this company, after years and years of getting ripped of by another very well known competitor of Lawnmaster, I fortunately saw there van parked up and decided to take their number. After phoning their Denholme office they immediately turned up to assess the condition of our lawn and advised us that it was in a very poorly state, full of moss and largely covered with long established weeds, and stated that the maintenance that it had received had been poor and inadequate. We decided to terminate our contract with our previous service provider and set Lawnmaster on. I have to say the specialists care and attention to detail from Lawnmaster has been second to none so far and the improvement to our lawn is really noticeable. I would confidently highly recommend Lawnmaster to anyone. They do exactly what it says on the tin.

I have been a customer of Lawnmaster for several years now and could not be happier with the service they provide and the results that they deliver. People frequently comment on the quality and look of our lawns and this is definitely as a result of the regime that Ian (Stephens) and his team suggested. I have used other companies in the past but never feel with Ian like I'm paying for something I don't need and will be forever grateful for their expertise in ridding our lawns of chafer bugs that 2 years ago hit Lincolnshire hard and decimated most of our grass. Great value for money and faultless friendly customer service.

Ian is reliable, knowledgeable, and does what's required without trying to 'up-sell'.
Although it's only a small lawn he is happy to help and always with a smile and good advice.

Ian Stevens at Lawn Master Notts provides an amazing service. My lawn was not fit for purpose when we purchased our house and I was considering artificial turf but I decided I’d try a treatment service , I’m so happy I chose Lawn Master Notts.
I now have a lawn which is very green , weed free and amazing to walk on. The leaf has really thickened up this year and it looks amazing. I highly recommend.

Ian Stevenson came and gave us a quote for lawn treatment and was very polite and informative, We were very pleased with the results of the first treatment and noticed an improvement in the lawn within days, it was greener and no trace of weeds. Thank you Ian.

In the spring 2021 we had an infestation in the lawn and was told nothing could be done e g no scarifying as we would have no lawn left. After Lawn Master took over our lawn in May Ian scarified treated it,over seeded and put top soil on. The job was done efficiently, and with us watering we saw the improvement. July we now have the best lawn we have ever had thanks to Ian Stephen`s and Lawn Master.

The local representative for Hemel Hempstead came to treat my lawn, and completely failed to see that it had widespread red thread, so didn't treat it. From that point on, he became very difficult to deal with. Not once did he sympathise with my problem, but just told me to pay up or else. I tried their chat line, and the lady there was equally dismissive, till I pointed out that she should really try to have some sympathy with my position. I have tried to contact head office - no return of call. I do not rate the customer service skills of this company. If all you want is chemicals poured onto your lawn, then fine, but if you have a problem, they will not talk to you.

What a fantastic lawn I now have. Half way through my second year with lawnmaster.
1st class customer service easy to deal with. Recommended to my all family so far.

I cannot praise Ian at LawnMaster enough.Since he started treating my garden about a year and a half ago,it has been totally transformed from weed paradise into beautiful lush grass.
There are many things that I’ve had to stop spending money on because of the pandemic…this will not be one of them! Thank you,Thank you, Thank you!

We use Lawnmaster Notts - run by Ian Stephens. As Lawnmaster's a franchise, you're dependent on the local franchisee - and with Ian & Co, it's effectively like dealing with a local family company. They're very experienced and very efficient, and they don't make unrealistic fantasy claims like "next week your lawn will be like a bowling green" - they just provide a good reliable service that gets rid of the weeds and keeps the grass well fed!

Excellent company. They always answer the telephone and are accurate with treatment dates. My lawns look the best in the street. Recommended.
