Both quality drivers delivery drivers were great

Both delivery drivers were great, worked really well together. And Pavol the crane driver was fantastic at his job.
Really helpful. Would gladly recommend them . And as soon as we have a project with access restrictions again we will be calling you to book .

Long delivery waits

Long delivery waits, never get 1st drop, prices above average customer service good.

Thank you for your feedback. We take great pride in our service offering and that includes on time delivery and competitive pricing. I have asked your account manager in the Lofts and Steels team to call you and discuss your trade prices on regularly purchased items as well as the delivery schedule. Please email online@lawsons.co.uk if this has not yet happened and I will chase for you. With regards to delivery times, the spring/summer is the busiest period in our sector. This means our 150 lorries are out three times per day delivering much needed materials to our customers. Everyone cannot be the first drop, but we do understand that some jobs require an earlier drop than others. The conversation with your account manager should reference this and we will try to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

Great experience

Great experience, from the sales team through to the delivery drivers. We've now placed several orders with Lawsons as we found them competitive in pricing and they also provide great customer support throughout. Easy to work with, great communication and great pricing. Can't ask for much more than that.
