[Update: Finally delivery of my order has been finalized after 7-8 months. The reply from Lazzoni is disappointing; clearly confirms lack of any customer service mindset; delivery was extremely chaotic eg I ordered an item but they delivered another item and vendor thinks because the other item is more expensive I should be happy, sounds like a joke]

Ordered closets and bed.
Got them delivered in 18+ weeks, 4 weeks later than latest planned.
However the order was not correctly delivered. 1 closet was wrong and had to be re-ordered with another waiting time of ~ 8 weeks. Same for interior drawers which were wrong. On top, very poor interaction & response from customer support; getting lengthy template-style responses with no customer-centric solutions.

Amateur customer service & delivery - would not recommend if you look for reliability

Their ability to provide 3-D depictions of the ultimate design made it easier for my wife to understand how the finished product would look in situ. More importantly, Lazzoni really makes custom-made furniture; you are not constrained to measurements that match their product line. I was looking for an online furniture store when I came across Lazzoni. I was immediately impressed by the attention to detail on the website, so my husband and I decided to visit the store in Amsterdam (super happy that was open on Saturday and Sunday). The environment is very welcoming and bright, and the wide range of products left us speechless. We were lucky enough to be followed by Adi, a very talented designer. Thanks to his expertise and patience, we were able to create a bedroom that perfectly reflects our style. I really appreciated his ability to listen to our needs and propose creative and original solutions. The final result was beyond our expectations: an elegant, functional and comfortable bedroom. Highly recommend!

We ordered a walk-in closet from Lazzoni for our new house. The 3D design service helps to visualize the wardrobe even with the smallest details like an accessorize drawer, lights, etc. What I appreciated most is that the project managers want you to buy something which you feel fully comfortable with. So they have been patient to work on our project over and over again.

Very good communication. The effort at the side of Lazzoni is impressive. They help us achieve our dream bedroom/wardrobe but within our budget. They are very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended! Can’t wait to see their store in Rotterdam soon!
