Can't access my account after I let it go for savings around 2 years, after trying to do login I can't with no reason, no customer service, no human to have conversation with about my issue.

They are thieves who want to keep the funds and collect a lot of personal informations.

They use the excuse of an alert in their system blocking the funds "Without exceeding the daily limit" and ask us to provide all our personal informations and then lots of screenshots "tokens adress, bank transferts,..." of where the funds came from.

This is a well-known technique. Always asking for more and saying that what is already provided is not enough to never unlock tokens.

It's a scam, they'll never give the money back, what they want is to collect as much information as possible so they can sell it I don't know where.

The emails and replies are automated, there's no human behind the keyboard, just an AI that repeats the same messages word for word, even if you ask for more details.

This exchange has a record of finding issues with users who traded futures and won money. Especially for affiliate partners, they will claim that you are 'flushing order' and 'robbing liquidity', thereafter suspend your account or block your rebates issuance. Not for somebody who is serious about trading.

Worst wallet ever run as far as possible I deposited funds and can’t access them don’t use anything with google verification because you will catch hell. I hate not being able to access my money

I tried to withdraw my money as the agent I’m contacting with sounded suspicious. That agent told me to contact customer. So I did. They told me to deposit £2k to verify my identification. I told them they can email or call me using the details I entered upon signing up. Still they insisted me to deposit money. I better lose the money that was in my lbank than losing additional £2k! Just sharing my experience so these scammers won’t
catch another victims! Beware!!!!

They were supposed to update de contract of the coin Roost. Still waiting after a month, my money is stuck in this Exchange and nothing I can do.

LBank, sad place. I didn't do anything wrong, but the Lbank accused me and said my account was abnormal, just because I got a little profit... then they will do something to make things difficult for you... what I want to say is stay away from the Lbank, it's not us who don't normal

I can only warn everybody from this bank. Money from 2 trades disappeared, although the chat support had confirmed, that it's still there. But they didn't reply my question, how to transfer it my wallet.Two email to their support without response. That's how L-bank earns money!

Scam, took my money and wont give it back. Do not use this company.

I cannot withdraw my money from lbank.com. It is blocked and appears "in orders" but there ar no open orders.
Support does not answer.

I put a stop limit, price never hit on any other exchange. L bank forced long position to close and stole my money. I contacted support and they never got back to me. I have receipts of my position. Even on KuCoin that price never hit.

Lbank is a scam site.
I wanted to withdraw/transfer some money and I got the error message

“You have applied for a withdrawal which is still under approval and cannot be appied for temporarily”

I contacted customer service to find out what this message means since the funds have been in there for months. And they said they would get right back to me with an answer. That was five days ago and ever since they have been ignoring my request for an update
It appears that it’s a scam site so I’ll have to go after their registration and have it revoked

One of the worst exchanges I've tried so far, as far as customer service is concerned, practically non-existent and when they respond they do so with incomprehensible instructions and with English that needs to be interpreted - I've been waiting for more than 1 month to get some money back without any success , terrible!

LBank Cannot be trusted. Good platform for trading. The only problem they will prevent you from withdrawing as they like. And use the excuse of KYC when the National law allow full withdrawal for user who do not accept the change in the new KYC policy which previously were different. A scam crypto exchange that cannot be trusted

Sent some USDC from coinbase to LBANK and using arbitruim network and they said it was the wrong USDC and wanted 0.04 eth to return the money back to my coinbase address and it would take 2 months i might have lost a bit of money with them but they ain getting any more
