Very Poor Customer Service
I decided to place a large order to take advantage of next day delivery and ordered on a Thursday morning where it said I had 4 hours to order for free next day delivery.
When Monday arrived and no order I emailed them but got no answer. Finally on Tuesday Afternoon I received the item 5 days after ordering and not the FREE 24HR delivery promised. Also still no reply to my email.

My order hasn't arrived. I have called (no answer, no answer machine) and emailed (no reply). £15 gone with very poor service. Hoping someone sees this and then finally looks into it for me. Now a month of trying to get in touch
