Although the Yucca bag is smaller and more casual than the Thais, it is equally as well constructed. It is perfect for daily activities or days in which a crossbody is necessary. The wide guitar strap and suede trim gives this bag a luxe feel at an affordable price. These bags truly are timeless and elegant, and they will elevate your style.

I recently purchased a bag that I need to return due to its poor quality. I’m not sure if the one I received is defective or if all your products are like this, but it doesn’t match the quality displayed on your website.

First, the bag doesn’t look as good in person as it does online. The material looks extremely cheap, almost like paper, and even the label is crooked. The stitching is so poorly done that I’ve attached a picture to show the extent of the issue.

I bought this bag for a friend’s birthday, and when she opened it, I was incredibly embarrassed. It looks like something from a dollar store, not a "luxury" boutique.

And now I have to pay shipping fee to send it back to get my money back. Such a waste of my time, big disappointment, never again!!!
