I have been with Leaders property…
I have been with Leaders property management as a landlord for many years, I find their staff very experienced, very polite and very knowledgeble
If you ask a question you get the answer straight away, send an e mail the reply is quickly forthcoming
I have their premier service for renting and it takes all the stress out of problems that may arise, they handle everything for me as I live 100 miles away
I would recommend Leaders to anyone I have total peace of mind

Simply the best......
Of all the property agents I have dealt with on this journey (a two year search) Leaders are by far the best and most professional I have dealt with.
The most positive attribute is the regular, quality communication - even a short email or call to keep us updated was really valuable. It certainly felt like we were all pulling in the same direction!

Amazing Staff and Company !!!
We've been renting from Leaders for the last 4 years and we love our home. Any maintenance has been completed quickly and efficiently, the staff are all so accommodating and friendly especially the Bognor and Chichester Branches. Recently Andy has helped us replace the carpets in the house and we even got to pick the colour!
Can't recommend Leaders enough!!!

Leaders have been managing my…
Leaders have been managing my Buy-to-Let properties for about 15 years. During that time, they have upgraded their management systems considerably and are able to provide an efficient and effective service. Their management of my accounts has always been excellent, as has been their follow-up with tenants and attention to sorting out maintenance requirements by seeking alternative quotes and overseeing the work being carried out. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent property management services.

Andy Fletcher has looked after my property for the past few months. During this time I have found him to be helpful, polite and considerate to my needs as a property owner. Nothing is too much trouble for him.
He promptly informs me about any maintenance issues that arise, and deals with them accordingly in a timely manner.

Do not use this company all refrences…
Do not use this company all refrences have been completed moving in 2 days given up my property nee tenants moving in on Monday the company was rude about right to rent checks he sabotaged my refrences was threatening on the phone after suffering domestic violence signed myself to all these insurance higher rent email sent yesterday to collect keys to be told start again now demanding my tenancy from my landlord no care I will be homeless with children Simon from Bognor branch is extremely rude do not use
