Leaders House Inspection
Ellie came today to do our house inspection.We were given a time slot between 12 - 5pm & she arrived just after midday with a friendly smile.We just let her do as she needed,took photos & checked the smoke & carbon monoxide alarms.Ellie was very professional in what she did so hopefully all went ok.

Property inspection
Communication of the inspection date and time was given well in advance. Ellie arrived within the time she set. She was polite and prompt in her inspection. She made an effort to conduct the inspection efficiently so that there was little disruption as we were working from home and had other matters to deal with at the time.

Great experience
Great experience - I only have a couple of days every month when I'm at home and Leaders always accommodate this when booking an appointment for inspection. All their agents have been very respectful to myself and the property, offering to take the shoes off is very much appreciated and the right thing to do :) Last inspection was done by Ellie and that went very smoothly, many thanks!
