Cameron Salisbury is a great assistance when dealing with any issues concerning the property we’re renting. Whenever we report anything we get a very swift response and he’s straight onto solving the problem or liasing with the contractors. Compared to the previous letting agency I had to deal with, this experience has been just great.

We recently moved into our rental property and had a few issues at the start. As soon as Cameron Salisbury found out, he got everything sorted really quickly and made sure the repairs were done without delay. Thanks to him, the place is now fully functional and feels like home. He’s been super efficient, helpful, and easy to deal with — we really appreciate all his support! A true star ⭐

Cameron has been an excellent property manager to work with, we went from a private rental to one with this agents and struggled at the beginning with the difference in processes etc. Cameron took over all communication a few days before we moved in and has been really understanding with problems we had, ensured all have been sorted and has always got back to us quickly. He has made everything much easier when things need sorting and will keep us in the loop without having to chase for updates. We really appreciate how helpful he has been over the last few months and he has made what was a rocky start with renting with an agency, into a smooth and well managed experience.

Cameron has been amazing at communicating and getting work done at our home. The management of our property was taken over by leaders and poor automated ‘communication’ was causing stress both to us and the landlord. They wanted to charge me to put my husband back on the tenancy agreement when they took him off on the hand over!

Cameron is a thoughtful, calm and respectful person. He resolved issues and we finally felt listened too and all our communication problems stopped. I would highly recommend requesting help from him if you are ever in need.

As a private landlord I am totally reliant on the rental agents to ensure that my property is well maintained and that my tenant is happy. A recent example of how Cameron Salisbury has managed things very well is with regard to the need for a replacement boiler. He has not only been efficient in obtaining quotes and communicating with me about getting the work undertaken, but he has also successfully managed conversations with the, understandably, unhappy tenant. It is important to me that the property is well looked after and if you have a similar requirement, I can unreservedly recommend Cameron as a safe pair of hands and his manner is always friendly but professional.

I’ve been working with Leaders for 6 months and directly with Cameron Salisbury for about 5 months now and I couldn’t be happier.

I am new to property management and was a bit nervous at the start, but I am now confident that my tenant and property are in safe hands with Cameron and Leaders. (For context, my property is on a fully managed package but at no point has any decision been made without me and I have never felt out of control.)

Over the last few of months I’ve run into a couple of minor issues with my property, but Cameron has been on it the moment they came up.
