I am a current tenant at one of the properties managed by Leaders at Cambridge. Today, I spoke with Polly about a long term problem I was facing in this property. She was so helpful and sorted my problem within a very short time. She also got back to me after contacting with city Council. I am really grateful & pleased with her support today. I really appreciate this.

I am delighted with the service I get from Leaders, especially Alfie Orvis, who is proactively offering advice. I feel reassured that Leaders will keep me up to date with the impact of the Renters’ Reform.

Awful. The agency charged me around 20% of the rent with all the premium service and etc but they delivered nothing. The tenant broken everything in the flat, shutters, kitchen cabinet, doors you name it! They follow the no deposit scheme which means that it take years to see your money if anything comes back. Their contractors are also doing an extremely poor job with everything they touch, just to mend things in an unprofessional way. Avoid. Avoid. Did I say avoid? Yeah defiantly stay away. There's nothing to be happy about.

From marketing the property to screening potential tenants, he handled everything with expertise and care. Communication was prompt and clear, ensuring I was always informed and confident in the decisions being made.

Leaders have rented out my flat for 10 years and have always been very helpful. They quickly deal with repairs and provide sensible advice.Andre Payne the Senior Manager for the last 2+ years has been very fast in responding to my queries and has been particularly responsive recently in providing a statement for the Inland Revenue and enabling me to talk to the Finance Department about changes in my bank details.
