A landlords opinion
We have been renting out our property for many years and have found Leaders and in particular Sarah Cawley to be very efficient and helpful especially when we have had the occasional problem when tenants leave. Leaders have always managed to find new tenants quickly with a minimum of time leaving the premises unoccupied.

First Class Service
As a tenant, I have rented a property through Leaders Chichester for almost 4 years.
Their service, communication and responsiveness has been excellent throughout.
Sarah Cawley in particular has been first class. I would recommend her and her team if you are looking for a property to rent.

Excellent service!
I have now come to the end of my six month tenancy at the Hornet in Chichester and I remain very pleased with the support and service provided by Leaders and by Charlotte Parry, Property Manager, in particular. Whenever an issue has arisen during my tenancy, she has responded quickly and dealt with the situation efficiently and effectively. Her sense of cutomer care is excellent, maintaing contact with me to ensure that, first of all, I was settling in ok and now that I am at the end of my time in the apartment. guiding and advising me on the proper procedures and documentation involved so that I can leave confident that everything necessary has been done. Charlotte combines very effectively her experience and her skills to make me feel confident that all is going well. Thank you,

Excellent Service
We have been extremely pleased with Leaders management of out properties. Sarah Cawley especially keeps us up to date with tenant movements and has found new tenants promptly when a notice to leave has been given. She is always ready to help with any queries, large or small. Excellent service.

My experience as a tenant with Leaders…
My experience as a tenant with Leaders has been over the past 6 1/2 years and I can honestly say they have always provided a prompt service when needed. Sarah Cawley has been my main point of contact regarding maintenance of the property I rent and I am always happy to speak with her as she resolves any issues with a caring and professional attitude. Would highly recommend as an agent from a tenant’s perspective.
