From start to finish keiran has been brilliant.. viewed the property and went for it. He kept us in the loop from start to finish with the whole process, answered any questions we had. Highly recommend leaders and keiran in Christchurch.
Kennedy, agent from Leaders Christchurch lettings went above and beyond to help us rent our house. Super friendly and supported, always ready to answer questions, especially that we have been dealing first time with estate agents(previously I have rented from private landlord). Hopefully we will stay at the property more than 12 months, but if we have to, we definitely use them again. Big thank you to all crew at Leaders Christchurch!

I was provided with a specific amount to pay for a no deposit option. This amount was incorrect and after 7 months we were handed to credit control for being in arrears, affecting out credit rating (while we're in the process of buying a house). Having immediately contacted credit control, no assistance was offered and I was told to contact our property manager for assistance. I have attempted to contact the property manager, the property team and customer care. I have not received ONE response...
