So much better than frank innes who we rented with before. A comparison example - our boiler broke with frank innes, in winter with a disabled newborn in NICU. After three weeks the issue was still not resolved and we had to pay to fix it ourselves. With leaders it broke not so long ago on a thursday night at 9pm, and they had someone with us by midday the next day. A small issue with damp, fixed within a week.

I had an issue with my carbon monoxide detector, after filling in the repair form I was quickly contacted by Jacqueline Seth, she took the relevant information & told me she would action it & get back to me. Within a short space of time Jacqueline called me back to let me know the name of the contractor & that they were in the way, as a vulnerable person living alone this information was vital in knowing who would be coming. Jacqueline was extremely professional & very polite, she kept me updated on the actions being taken. I would like to thank her for response to this matter

Over my time dealing with them (less than a year) I've had 3 faulty contracts, 2 incorrect move out dates, several repairs completely ignored including one BROKEN EXTERNAL DOOR, threatened my pets at Christmas and about three GDPR violations.
I just want this to be over so I can never have anything to do with them ever again.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

We’ve been working with Leaders as a contractor, primarily carrying out compliance works across a number of their properties. Georgina originally introduced us to the team and has been great to deal with from the management side — very organised and good at keeping things moving when multiple jobs are on the go.
On a day-to-day basis we mainly deal with the three J’s — Jas, Jay, and Junafe — who are all very helpful property managers and straightforward to work with when coordinating jobs. Overall everyone in the team has been great to deal with and we’re looking forward to continuing to work with them going forward.

Extremely Disorganised and Useless – A Stressful Experience
My experience with Leaders was deeply disappointing. When I moved into a new property on June 6th, they automatically passed my details to OVO without my consent, creating an account in my name and causing months of unnecessary problems.
Due to negligence, an incorrect meter reading was sent to the energy supplier, which remains unresolved even after more than five months. Throughout this period, Leaders offered no support. Instead, they contacted me to say that OVO was charging the landlord over £200 and insisted that the responsibility was mine, even though I had already sent the correct readings and paid the amount due for 5 days.
Every time I contacted them for clarification, the answers were vague, useless, or contradictory. Instead of helping to resolve the problem they themselves created, they simply shifted the blame. This lack of accountability caused me a great deal of stress and wasted time.
In my experience, Leaders proved to be disorganised, negligent with client information, and completely unhelpful when problems arose. I strongly advise others to be cautious when choosing this company as a real estate agent.
