Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless,
Still in dispute since April 2023.
Have photos to show the state of the place when I moved in and how I left it when vacated.
I didn’t send any evidence to show I left the place spotless, Now they want £700 for cleaning and damage.
Lucky I have a video.
If they have tried this with anyone else please message me on Facebook I’m not just going to roll over.
Can’t leave my e mail address it’s not allowed.

I would have left zero stars if an…

I would have left zero stars if an option. They are totally disorganised and as a landlord I constantly have to chase for payment despite them charging for rent collection. When tenants were not paying their credit control department (in name only) literally text, email and phone and do not vary their messsge. I spoke to them and they were very strong in communicating they could never leave their office location to visit the property. Certainly never use Leaders for check in or out part of the process as they missed numerous elements which disadvantaged me in the arbitration process. Never use this agent.

13/4 - very substandard response from Leaders but reflects their attitude towards customer service. All of 10 seconds to copy and paste a standard response, bit like their approach to chasing non payment of rent.

18/4 - another month of needing to chase for payment of the rent and nothing to do with the tenants. Ben covering the Dorking branch confirmed a statement would be received on Saturday and then went off on holiday without doing this. Meant to be hearing a final response to my complaint from the Lettings Director today which I predict will be a telling me how great they are. What do they charge a fee for.

21/4 - as predicted no accountability taken, told things which were never explained in the first place. Not even provided a complaint reference which is pretty bad in this day and age. Typical greedy company keeping hold of people's money instead of improving their systems. Certainly never use Leaders for check out reports as you never stand a chance in an arbitration process.

12/5/23 - final response received, no surprise with what could have been written in a few hours and probably was. Told me yesterday they needed another week to reply and then suddenly got it ready when they thought it would go against them with the Property Ombudsman. Please don't use Leaders, they offer a terrible service.
