I have to first say,this refers to the (Evesham branch), what a disgrace, tried to contact them about a property via Rightmove, no response, then contacted them on there website about a viewing, again no response, the irony of this is we sold our property via the kings Norton branch which was very professional.
So Evesham branch... Wake up and start treating your potential customers with some more respect.

Dan always treats us as if we matter as people not just as a way of making money. All his staff are the same. They are polite friendly and so helpful.

Really good service and back-up from Dan Wilmot who showed professional approach and fortitude having to deal with two very inadequate slow and pedantic solicitors who managed to spin out a no chain probate sale to four and a half months. Nothing but praise for Dan

Daniel gave a very good customer service and was always available to help when needed. Toni also was of great help when needed. However, Leaders partner solicitors were not so good, and will not use them again. Solicitors; Lifetime Legal who are the first contact and farm out the conveyancing work were caring and helpful, but the actual solicitors provided we not so good. The first one did not respond despite progressing many times , so we changed to another one. The next solicitor got the job done, but left so much to be desired when compared to various previous solicitors we have used.

Leaders are the best estate agents in Evesham, but pick your own solicitor is my tip.

Daniel visited us to give the valuation for our property which he carried out in a competent and friendly way giving information on the property market and advice on the property we had an interest in.
On his second visit he collected the information required in a competent manner and carried out the Photography to show the property at it's best.
Good experience so far.

Great experience. Professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Out of 4 agents who came to value my property, Daniel stood out by far. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to sell their property.

We have been dealing with Daniel from Leaders and it was his enthusiasm coupled with his local knowledge and experience that led us to go with him. He spent the time to understand what we wanted and needed from an estate agent and what our priorities and motivations were. He quickly built a rapport with us and made us feel that we could trust him. All of the functional elements of the job were there and the numbers backed up our feelings about him. Ultimately I am pleased with the choice we made and am likely to use him again in the future.

Recently sold through Leaders, would not recommend at all. First thing red flag was the fee being quoted one thing and then suddenly had gone up when we went to sign the contracts. Second thing was we didn't receive a for sale board outside our property - so no one knew we were selling and it didn't generate more interest.
Getting closer to completion day, we were told our moving manager had changed - couldn't get hold of the new contact or old. Then told we were too far into the process and should stick with the old moving manager who had by this time gone on annual leave for 2 weeks!
On completion day no one contacted us to tell us the next steps - we didn't even know if a representative for the agents were coming to meet the buyer or where to leave keys! The buyer ended up outside our house asking if they could come in yet! No one had communicated anything. We ended up taking the keys to the Evesham office as we were told by our solicitor NOT to leave them in the property for security reasons, no one in the Evesham office even knew who we were or that we had even completed. No follow up calls, no aftercare whatsoever. We had to leave a note for our buyer to say how things worked and which switch controlled what etc. Overall, would not recommend and wish we had sold through someone else. You don't sell houses often and we wish we had given someone else a chance!

Dan from Evesham Leaders was very helpful and lovely to talk to. He made the process very easy.

Went with Leaders as they seemed to be giving me the best deal (mainly price percentage to sell),
Great service overall & very friendly manager & staff.
