I am very satisfied with my experience with Leaders. The team has been professional, friendly, and highly supportive throughout the process. I have received clear guidance at every stage, and everything has been handled smoothly and efficiently. I feel well looked after and would happily recommend Leaders to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agency.

George Sayer at Leaders offered an amazing experience from start to finish. He was very patient, knowledgeable and kind, happily holding our hands throughout the process. I am very pleased and got my dream flat. I would definitely recommend him and give him 5 stars!

I'm very grateful for the service I received. We had rather complex needs but George Sayer at Leaders really simplified the process and offered step by step instructions. He worked well with his team and kept me updated, even while he was out at viewings., ensuring I always received assurance and great customer service. I would again. 10 out of 10 rating

George at Leaders has been brilliant. Excellent communication throughout, lovely person too! Within 2 weeks my house was put up for rent, tenant secured and moved in!! Couldn't recommend highly enough. Found my forever letting agency.

New to the rental market after inheritance of my grandparents home, Micheal at Leaders was the gentleman who took the time to support me through the process. I had never rented a property before, and his guidance became invaluable. If your a new landlord or have questions about how it all works, then I would recommend speak to Micheal at leaders.

Dealt with a few letting agents recently but the staff here(George in particular) were by far the friendliest and most helpful,and insightful,renting when not in work after illness is harder than I ever imagined,but nice even when a property is not an option for you that the staff still take the time to offer some advice and general nice words ,some good people around.

Finding a property at the minute is hard work but the team at leaders helped u. Evie was lovely when showing us the property and kept us updated. We then had Hollie who helped us with the process and shared information we needed. We now have Rosie who now is always on hand with emails and gets back to us straight away. Thank you for helping us move so quickly and with amazing guidness on the way.

Called number puts through to application form? Then sent application form with all details asking as soon as was on site. No response for 4 weeks to then tell me property gone??? May have gone but if had any sort of professionalism would respond. Don't bother all hust seems to get info/data. Imo scammers beware!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This company advised me that rent they would recommend on my property was 750.00. Also that it was a completely legal increase due to the type of tenancy agreement.

The tenant then decided to take leaders to a rent tribunal which I was unaware of and not made aware of by Leaders. 5 months later my rent was £145.00 lower, When I asked my tenant if everything was ok, she simply sent me the rent tribunal outcome which had gone in her favor which left me owing my tenant over 1000.00 because it was backdated whilst receiving less rent.

Not once was rent tribunal case chased up by Leaders over a 5 month period or was I given any updates.

Countless calls with Leaders since who refuse to admit any blame or compensate me for my losses.

Loads of excuses

"We didn't know that the tenant had submitted a claim to Tribunal."
I had the tenant forward the email she sent Leaders, which was replied to.

"We didn't receive anything from the courts"
So I spoke to the courts who claimed everything was sent accordingly, quoting "In Light of the above, The tribunal is satisfied that all correspondence and all other documents were sent to Leaders"
Leaders did magically receive the outcome letter stating my case to appeal was dismissed though.

"We made you aware"
One passing email with a timeline 2.5 months after the claim was submitted where my tenant requested this timeline to get extra help from DWP.

"You chose the rent, do you have anything in writing to state that was our recommendation" I didn't at the time of the conversation however since found an email from the original valuation stating the original recommendation was 750.00. When the tenant complained of increase I actually told leaders I would go to 700.00, they negotiated 725.00 with Tenant.

"You had already left us as a company by the time the tribunal concluded" Yes but I was with the company when the complaint was lodged with tribunal, it was never chased up nor was I given any update upon leaving Leaders.

The Tribunal themselves in my dismissed appeal reason state "The opportunity to do any of these things was not taken up by Leaders and it is now to late to introduce additional evidence and submissions"
And also "It is appreciated that these failures were not due to Mr...... but during the relevant period, Leaders, as his agents stood in his shoes and he is bound by their omissions"

Use company at your own risk. 1 star rating is to much for them. DISGRACE of a company

Very professional service and they always replied to my questions quickly.

Its my first time moving out, so I have very little experince or know what I'm doing. Everyone I have spoken to, mainly Kirsty and Dan, have been so helpful and understanding. Giving me all the information I need and have always provided me with any help they can over the phone and emails.
Honestly couldn't have asked for a better team to guide me through this :)

In the three-week period between viewing and move, the communication was frequent and thorough, and any questions were swiftly responded to within the day. All staff are friendly and the overall experience was wholly pleasant and stress-free.

Was a pleasure to work with Leaders. Thank you for everithing. Well done.
