Everyone I’ve dealt with at Leaders for my purchase have been amazing, especially Simon and Kornelijia. Great communication, extremely helpful and lovely and friendly with it too. Would highly recommend Leaders. They are five stars ahead of Holden Copley who have just been dire with my sale and they could learn a lot from Leaders. Thank you for helping me buy in Ravenshead and I’m looking forward to living there and being part of a great community.

The team at Leaders were efficient, communication great and I felt like they really cared about both buyers and sellers.

Kornelija and Simon (Ravenshead branch) were both fantastic in the purchase of our new house. They were both great at keeping us in the loop, responding to calls and emails quickly and always happy to explain the process etc.

Simon at Ravenshead office was an absolute star. If it hadn’t have been for him keeping me informed by constantly liaising with the other agents and solicitors I would never have known what was going on! His help, support, empathy, professionalism and ability to go the extra mile is second to none, I cannot stress enough how good he was and my gratitude for his hard work, you have a fabulous employee in Simon who made this 82 year old lady feel very well cared for throughout the who move.

Currently the market has just been saturated by people looking to let, leading most agents to almost dismiss people as the next 20 potential Tennants are waiting. However, Ben at leaders took the time to listen and help me out when things were looking bleak. Terrible experience, unable to communicate with anyone, I was made to feel uncomfortable they forgot who the vendor was and focused on the buyer. Reporting us to a solicitor for cutting grass was definitely not an appropriate action for an estate agent. Worst experience of my life.

This company would get negative 5 stars if I could give it to them. Selected Leaders to rent out my property in Nottingham. I am shocked and appalled by the continual stream of colossal errors and shear lack of commitment and communication to both me as a Landlord and my tenant.

* They placed a tenant in my property without the proper checks for affordability/ rentability.

* They gave the tenant the keys without taking a deposit or getting an NDO agreement signed.

*They failed to issue the section 8 notice legally due to admin error, which we identified and notified them of.

I have been passed from pillar to post trying to find someone who knows what the hell they are doing. Nobody is willing to take responsibility for their action and get things sorted for us. We spent 2 months going through their complaints procedure only to find ourselves going through it again 2 months later.

This company is an absolute joke. DO NOT EVER EVEN THINK OF USING THEM. AVOID THEM!!

I had a great experience with this company. They were very professional and experienced to deal with clients and more than helpful in finding me an apartment in Cheltenham. Extremely honest, upfront and able to find me a great one whithin my budget. I recommend Leaders to anyone looking to do any Real State transaction.

An extremely friendly, professional and well organised team… Owen in particular has been a great pleasure to deal with. I have been kept informed of the whole process from the start; from advertising my property letting right through to finding a suitable applicant. Brilliant!

Leaders were lifesaver whilst I was looking for a pet friendly rental. They went the extra mile in helping persuade the landlord to accept pets and arranging a short notice viewing. The followup to begin the process of applying was quick and efficient. Information on additional options such as Zero Deposit and content insurance were offered but not pushed excessively.
