Adelaide understood us and knew exactly what we wanted within two hours of meeting us. She found us exactly what we were looking for and made the process of purchasing a property in England so easy, even though we were overseas for much of the time. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

My family & I have used Leaders Waterside for four different properties over 9 years and have nothing but praise for them. The team there is made up of Adelaide, Nikki, Justine & Fay and they are so professional yet friendly. To be quite honest we wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else.

The process of selling the flat was long and tortuous to say the least. That being said, Chris and particularly Adelaide were there for us, throughout the lengthy process. I know Adelaide went above and beyond for us on a number of occasions to facilitate solutions to problems and we will always be grateful to her for her kindness, encouragement and good advice. Recently moved back to the UK after living away for a few years and renting my property through Leaders Sovereign Harbour. At the start Nikki and the team swiftly found me a tenant. Having returned to live in my apartment I have to say that Fay Tipper the Administration Manager has been excellent. Fay has kept me informed and up to date on the vacating process, which was complicated and gone the extra mile to ensure contractors were available to get the place ready for me.

Adelaide and Chris were both very good and helpful in what was a difficult process due to the vendor sadly passing away and then me having a bereavement myself,
Adelaide as the main point of contact was brilliant and very patient and reassuring,
Would def recommend Leaders especially after having had a bad experience with another agent in Eastbourne with a purchase that fell through
