The best rental agency I have worked…
The best rental agency I have worked with, so far. I know that all of them has some issues, but Sophie and her colleagues have been awesome. During my summer holidays, they contacted me to tell me that yhey had found the perfect flat for me and my family. I couldn't believe it, after being searching for years (not kidding). Not only, they found the right property, but also kept it for me to visit it after my holiday.
(Everyone knows that if there's a good place to rent, it's gone before you say anything).
Fantastic experience and highly recommend it.

Screaming kids
I moved to Surbiton in 2000 .
It was a lovley place to live. Close to the river and shops bars and restaurants. Since then it has gone down hill .There is no longer any respect from people .
Kids screaming all day in Maple road .loud music and drunks weaving thier way home every night .I used to love the peace and respect for one another .but its got out of hand .The crime has picked up from Amazon parcels being stolen off the door step and sheds been broken into .Cars being stolen .
The worst is the kids from the after school club at st Andrews church .constant screaming and no respect for the neighbours
So yes thats the truth about Surbiton

Amazing service with Sophie Howard…
Sometimes working with Estate Agents can be exhausting and frustrating, luckily for me it was the absolute opposite working with Sophie Howard Manager at the Surbiton branch. From our first meeting Sophie was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, making house hunting fun, thank you very Sophie for guiding me step by step to a happy conclusion. I could not possibly have hoped for a better expert in her field, highly recommend Leaders and Sophie Howard.

Came through for me once again
I had a recent lease renewal conducted by Simon Marsh at the Surbiton branch. He put forth my request for a change in my lease renewal. I feel that he listened to my situation and played an instrumental role in conveying my reasoning for the request to the landlord. The extension was approved! I am so thankful to Simon for being conscientious, answering all of my questions, and dependable in actioning my requests.
