Do not buy from this company! I tried to buy some vegan bags and was fed constant delaying tactics and apologies. All I want is my money back now. Ethical company eh Leafysouls!? Sort your customer service out - you've had my money over 5 weeks and still no shipping date! Just give me my money back!

Do NOT purchase from this company. I was gifted a 50% shopping voucher and encouraged (in writing) to have a shopping spree by the staff. I ordered a number of items because I wanted to support the vegan product initiative. A month later there was still no despatch notices so contacted team. Eventually I was told by staff to apply for a refund as there was no certainty that they would be able to fulfil my order. Like the products, the refund was also not forthcoming and I’ve had to apply to bank to get my refund. Extremely disappointing.

Big changes in a Vegan company. You can see the difference in their message in their website design and in their product. Contacted Leafysouls and within in 3 days had a response to my comment ..Good job

Handbag and wallet arrived quickly . Ordered sandals later...but for delayed ..the ..support was good...They cancelled the sandals later and refunded without prompting due to a delivery problem ..probably related to Corona..

If I could leave zero stars I would. Waited forever for my delivery. When the boots arrived they were not the size 5 I ordered and look too tiny for the size 4 the label says they are. Terrible quality. Look awful. They came in lots of horrible plastic packaging. Now I can’t get any help at all from customer service, no response to any emails I send. Stuck with a horrible pair of boots that wouldn’t fit me even if I did want to wear them!! Avoid this company

Very poor quality product and only non-sensical automated responses from customer service. It seems they have had a lot of complaints and are unable to manage them.
Beware of this company - the large discounts advertised are designed to make you think you are getting a bargain and there are a lot of 5 star reviews on their website which I now believe are fake. I bought the women's canvas messenger bag for £34.48 which was advertised as reduced from £168.73 - 75% off! It is probably actually worth about £10.
The label stitched onto the exterior of the bag says 'Ruyihuang' not 'Leafy Souls.'
Note on their website they state that they do not accept returns!!!
Promotes vegan ethics but this is NOT AN ETHICAL COMPANY. Very disappointed.

Pretty good quality, soft. Looked slightly different then in pics, but most things online do . Arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Would recommend

LeafySouls is a HORRIBLE COMPANY. I would give them exactly zero stars if I could. I ordered a pair of sandals that were “on sale” (down to $50 from $100) and looked high quality in the advertised photos. While I was shopping for the sandals, a shoulder bag caught my eye and I ordered that too. The photos in both cases were horribly misleading. I am convinced this company is a complete scam and produces the lowest quality products that aren’t made with sustainable materials or high quality materials. As far as I’m concerned, the only thing “vegan” about them is the fact that they use thin painted plastic or rubber in place of leather. If you are still reading this far, I would also advise you to NOT subscribe to their email list. The link to unsubscribe is broken and doesn’t work. Now they have been sending me emails for nearly a year with no end in sight and customer service is nonexistent. Please do yourself a favor and read the reviews (especially the bad ones!!!) before purchasing from an unknown company. The “good” reviews are repetitive and very suspect so do not consider those as quality assurance. Not even sure how I came across LS but I will never buy from an online website without doing research again. I was nearly $100 in the whole from these terrible purchases. The worst!!!

I didn't realize the 2 couch covers I ordered were coming from China, or I wouldn't have ordered them because of the amount of time it takes to get here. When the first package arrived, I had a melt down. There was only 1 couch cover enclosed. I got online, but couldn't really get any support. The other couch cover arrived within the next few days. As far as couch covers go, they're pretty good, but the white Styrofoam rolls keep popping out! The texture is nice, the color is nice. I'd order them again.

I bought 2 miracle sofa. I can't write my opinion because they haven't arrived tey. I write them just to know how long will it take to get the purchase and they kindly answered me that they will arrive soon, so I have to wait.

Bought two miraclesofa covers but only one arrived on time. After getting in touch with customer support, they sent the 2nd one. All items arrived in good condition, but only one fits well. The other keeps popping out at the irregular angle of my sectional. I highly recommend this product for regular-shaped couches only. Looks good at an affordable price:)

Only 4 stars due to the fact it took soooo long to get here... but I have to say it was worth the wait. I do understand that coming from China it is going to take awhile but it still is frustrating! I am very pleased with my order. I ordered the couch covers. I ha e a sectional and it fits great. I spilled water on it and it kinda just rolled off. So cleaning will be a breeze. Thank you for a great product...

Have been asked to rate my experience with Leafysouls. So far the items I have purchased have been stück in China since 2/12. ( I payed for the items in november) .. I sincerelly hope these items which are to be xmas presents for my grand children arrive before xmas eve. Until then I can only give one Star.

I purchased the small Cleo canvas messenger handbag in army green. At first I loved it but within the first 2 weeks the stitching in the outside zippered pocket unraveled and I had to take it to be fixed.
Then 3 weeks later, the cheap lining began to unravel at the seam at the top of the purse. It quickly tore and the entire side ripped away. I have photos but don't see anywhere I can post them. Very cute purse that is comfortable on my shoulder but, sadly, is so cheaply made with such cheap materials, I cannot recommend it.

Do not buy from this company!!....based in Singapore they ship out cheap and nasty products which have no relevance to being Vegan other than the fact they are made of plastic or bare the name Vegan.
Before you order check out their No Returns Policy, sure they answer your emails and offer you discounts on your next purchase but the quality is so poor I am almost too embarrassed to hand my shoe to a charity shop for animals but at least something good will come out of this awful experience...ps some of the positive reviews look very dubious to me but judge for yourself mine is from the UK.
